“One of the best company I dealt with in last few years. Great customer service, both of our drivers Thomas and Peter where absolutely lovely, professional, helpful and responsive when one of our members lost his earphones. They also new the road and where really good on avoiding traffic to make sure journey doesn’t take too long. Extremely competitive price as well!! I would Highly recommend this company to everyone!!”

“Super easy, professional transfers in comfortable vans. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and took us to the door of our accommodation. We will definitely use Go Alpes again for our next visit to the Alpes”

“With fuel and other costs rising it is hard to find a cheap transfer to resorts now, but I found Go Alpes to be fairly reasonable. Communications were great throughout the process, both from the company and the 2 drivers at either end of our trip. Both were punctual, their vehicles were clean, quiet and comfortable. The bottle of water per person was a nice touch. If the price is right I'd certainly use again.”

“We ski every year and used Go Alpes for the first time as our usual transfer service could not accommodate our party on the way home via Geneva Airport. Unfortunately we had two injured skiers and Go Alpes, when notified made every single effort to be accommodating and kind. They researched the "special services" drop-off point at Geneva airport to make it easier for us, even taking a risk of getting a ticket to get an even closer spot! An officer moved us on, and no ticket was issued, but we were so grateful for the care and kindness of Lukas, our driver. Would DEFINITELY use Go Alpes again and would recommend them, particularly for (a) excellent communications, (b) good value, (c) pre-transfer research and in-situ diversions to avoid traffic, (d) safe driving, (e) care and kindness. Thank you team Go Alpes!”

“Very convenient service from the payment of the service to the comfort of the car. Despite the flight delay and waiting for lost luggage, the driver was waiting for us. During the waiting time, we were constantly in touch with the office and the driver.”

“From initial booking enquiry to actual transfers, everything went smoothly. All queries were handled speedily and efficiently by the GoAlpes Team. Even when a pick up was delayed, due to traffic, we were kept fully informed and still got to the airport with time to spare. I have used Go Alpes for years now and will continue to do so as the the service is always of a high standard”

“This was the first time that we have used a transfer service like this to get us from the airport to our ski resort, so we were not sure what to expect. We have to say a big thanks to the Go Alpes team, we had flawless transfers from Geneva Airport to La Tania and back again. The drivers were both there on time and they got us to our destinations without any hitches. The vans themselves are very comfortable, spacious and modern. Go Alpes will be my first choice for similar transfers in the future.”

“After a return transfers to Tignes with Go Alpes I would definitely recommend. Good communications before travelling and then from the pick up drivers. Polite, helpful and safe drivers. Nice clean vehicles. No issues at all and will use again.”
