"This is a rip off. I would give a zero if I could. It's very cheap to make and over priced. A $4.99 case with a sticker on it for $29.99 if I would have known I would not have gotten it at all. Not sealed nothing just a gloss sticker.."

I cannot log on to my account because I can't get by the Captcha process - it just keeps looping back to the sign in, and eventually says my email is incorrect. Have sent several messages about a recent order with zero response except on a review site (not this one), but without a way to retrieve my order number or sign in to my account, they can't address my issue (a badly printed wallet case for the iPhone 16 pro).\r\nI can't recommend this company any more, and I've been getting iPhone cases from them for many years."

"Terrible, terrible service. I had a Bible verse that I wanted on a case that was rather long. The draft on their site showed all of the text, but when the product showed up (3 weeks after it \"shipped\") the text was cut off on both edges. I asked for a full refund and went back and fourth with their \"service\" for a few days explaining that the product received did not at all match the product order. Ultimately I was given a choice between store credit for the item, or a 50% refund."
