“Not a good experience. My order was not delivered on the day stated, instead I had to contact them as I wasn't notified that it hadn't been dispatched. It then arrived 6 days later. I opened the order to find out that 2 of the items are 9 months out of date. I have contacted Good Taste Foods about this but have not received a response. All in all, I would avoid.”

“Ordered twice now, both times delivery was delayed and the second time the price seemed to massively change and was far from value for money. Sadly I won’t be ordering again although the T-bone steaks were fantastic!”

“So far, I have tried the free-range chicken portions, The Minted Lamb steak and the Minced Beef and onion pie. They were all delicious. I am eagerly awaiting the sausages that I ordered as a decent sausage is hard to find today as they are either too chewy or not tasty enough. I look forward to sampling them shortly, and if they are good, I will order plenty more.”

“The quality of the food is as good as usual. I have been buying food from you for more than twenty years via your salesman Steve. When he left the company a telephone conversation with a man assured me that ordering online was better and more efficient. What rubbish this was! My arranged order for 27/09/23 did not arrive. Further promised calls were not returned. A new date was agreed, 30/09/23. Before the delivery date, my order was revised by yourselves despite the items still being available on line and the sea bass being offered free when a certain amount of money was spent. After yet another wasted day waiting for the delivery, it finally arrived by a driver familiar with the area at 5 o'clock as the first one gave up looking for the house. No one has ever failed to find it before! Your service was atrocious despite you stating that it would be even better. Will I buy from you again is very doubtful. I am an extremely disappointed customer.”

“overall we are very pleased , There was a slight delay in the delivery but the goods arrived still frozen although I dont think it would of lasted too much longer in the delivery van as some items were starting to defrost. The quality of the fish is superb tho , we have really enjoyed everything that we have tried so far and are looking forward to trying the rest . The fish pie was very tasty and all the fillets etc taste fresh and as they should. We will be ordering again in the near future.”

“I ordered the fish box and was surprised that the hake I had expected was replaced with mackerel, a completely different taste of fish and nbot one I would have bought. There was no mention of the reason for this. I apreciate the need to freeze fish, but the glaze is excessive, leading to copious amount of water accumulating in the thawing process. The fish were acceptable but still not as fresh as I would expect from ship to shore produce, in fact there is a distinctly fishy smell which is not a good sign of freshness. I am unlikely to reorder, which is a shame as I thought I had at last found a good fish supplier.”
