Do not use this appalling company. They screwed up my Christmas order twice - first time it didn’t arrive at all, second time only half the order was delivered. It took two weeks and several emails / calls to get a response from their Customer Services. They have agreed a partial refund, but now it is middle of February and they still haven’t paid. They keep making up excuses why it hasn’t been paid, but I no longer believe them. Terrible company, do not part with your money to these scammers.

Their food may be good, but their customer relations are dire. I assumed the attached instructions for the pie I ordered were for cook from frozen. Wrong. Inedible and cold. This was worrying so for the beef Wellington I had bought, for our wedding anniversary, I checked the cooking instructions online. Yes, cook from frozen. I followed the instructions for the electric oven. Great pastry but solid meat. I have a fan oven. No instructions. Sad. So because I was the former MD of a local Bristol company I sent a long email to their email address suggesting improvements to the information they provide. No response.

my first order and my last. 3 different delivery dates. prawns tiny and broken up (I did receive a prompt refund) just cooked the scallops last night for a dinner party, started off the size of a tennis ball but they were just full of water some tiny when defrosted and very uneven I size.

The quality of the food is as good as usual. I have been buying food from you for more than twenty years via your salesman Steve. When he left the company a telephone conversation with a man assured me that ordering online was better and more efficient. What rubbish this was! My arranged order for 27/09/23 did not arrive. Further promised calls were not returned. A new date was agreed, 30/09/23. Before the delivery date, my order was revised by yourselves despite the items still being available on line and the sea bass being offered free when a certain amount of money was spent. After yet another wasted day waiting for the delivery, it finally arrived by a driver familiar with the area at 5 o'clock as the first one gave up looking for the house. No one has ever failed to find it before! Your service was atrocious despite you stating that it would be even better. Will I buy from you again is very doubtful. I am an extremely disappointed customer.

Order was late. Only when I chased the order was I told there was a delay. Confirmation Email for order received a week after order was made and above all Pavlovas a mess in the box. Defo wouldnt recommend

Swordfish steaks were excellent, but the delivery in as much as to keeping to the delivery day I asked for was an absolute disgrace. If you want your food to be delivered on the day you asked for them try some other supplier.

Delivery postponed, then never arrived, no solution or reason was ever given and order was simply cancelled.
