“The care, support and compassion I received from Goodbye good boy after our beloved Meeka passed was beyond words, from the phone calls to the beautiful hamper containing Meeka’s ashes, so well presented, with all the personal touches. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommended them to anyone who has lost a beloved pet. Thank you to all the staff and it’s a credit to you all for providing a heart warming service at a difficult time.”

“My beloved darling Orlando Bloom passed away suddenly, a young cat and I was devastated. It was unexpected and during COVID lockdown at the emergency vet. A friend found Goodbye Good Boy. The compassion, care, kindness and support that all the staff, especially Caitlin and Michelle displayed is something that I will never forget. Emailing and phoning in on me to see how I was doing, sharing my grief. The respect shown to Orlando and to my grief was comforting. Michelle attended my home to pick up Orlando, and even the respectful way in which she placed his carrier in the front seat, with the entrance facing us whilst we were speaking, and then when she was ready to drive away, she turned the carrier around to face her in the driver's seat. My beautiful boy is back home, with beautiful presentation, and many keepsakes of him. Michelle even made me a silky pouch of his fur, to keep under my pillow. My little boy was a rescue kitten who had a very tough start to life and who was very sick as a kitten. He was loved and adored by me and the dog for just over 4 years, and it was very comforting to know that he was in such caring hands for the next stage of his journey.”

“What an amazing service. The staff were amazing from the get go, very professional in dealing with such a difficult decision. From the moment we were in contact, they were able to provide us with support and clear instructions on how things would happen. The staff were genuine in everything they did and made the process so much easier for our family. They were able to provide a proper send off for beautiful boy. All parties went above and beyond ! “Goodbye Good Boy made one of our family's most difficult decisions - to say goodbye to our silky terrier x bichon frieze, Emerson - bearable. Our little guy quickly grew unwell and it helped immensely to have Stephanie at Goodbye Good Boy walk us through how we could make Emerson's last few days comfortable for him and meaningful for us. All the arrangements were made fuss-free and each person we encountered was sensitive and professional. Huge thanks to the team for walking with us during Emerson's last week and beyond!”

“We were so very fortunate to have Goodbye Good Boy at our side on a really difficult day. Our big girl Lucy needed to go to sleep and the care and compassion that was showed to both her and our family was so greatly appreciated. To be able to watch our precious dog go to sleep in her own bed, surrounded by her family, made an incredibly difficult time much easier to endure. She was treated with so much love by the amazing staff and was returned to us so beautifully. We really felt like she was treated with the care and respect that she deserved. We will be forever grateful to Goodbye Good Boy for their efficiency, their compassion and their professionalism. We could not recommend them highly enough. Danielle”

“The funeral director at Goodbye Good Boy in Melbourne, Michelle, provided the most respectful care to our little Jesse. Jesse passed away unexpectedly and Michelle was able to offer immeasurable support and kindness to us. She was so understanding and accommodated our every request. “From the first phone call to have my Lily Rasi picked up for a private cremation, to the day Lily Rasi was returned home was absolutely flawless comforting service. Excellent communication to a fine detailed personal touch. The feeling of having lost a dear pet, was and is a very painful time. However I gained trust in your service and the final journey for Lily Rasi concluded with a deep sense of comfort. The artist who drew the portrait captured the beautiful eye expression of our little foxie. The portrait has brought Lily Rasi to life again! Thanks and keep up your excellent service.”
