“The hardest decision you'll ever have to make, is when you decide the time has come to put your loved pet to sleep. To me this caused me so much heartbreak. But the morning when I sat, drinking my coffee, Diesel came to me and put his head on my lap and looked at me. I just he was telling me, it was his time. I rang Goodby Good Boy and spoke to the wonderful lady Cassandra who helped me throughout this decision. Her empathy was exceptional and comforting. She organised a vet Dr Sugumar, to come to my home. The vet arrived and shared with me, what Diesel was going through, his pain levels and that I was making the right decision. He gave Diesel a sedative and made sure he was asleep. He then put him to rest. He took Diesel to be cremated. 10 days later, Diesel's ashes arrived and I put him in our garden. Thank you to the staff at Goodbye Good Boy for everything and for helping me through such a difficult decision xx”

“In the hardest time of our lives the team at GBGB was our guardian angels and we cannot thank them enough. From the first phone call to Cassandra where I could hardly speak through my tears to the catch up calls weeks after to ensure we was all coping, the empathy the understanding and communication shown in such a challenging time was nothing short of exceptional. Dr Emily showed so much patience and compassion and made sure Fred’s last moments were exactly as we wished them to be. As traumatic as it was for us as a family to say goodbye to our baby boy we have so much peace knowing how peaceful it was for our Fred and knowing once he was taken he would be respected and handled with care until returned home to us. We never wanted to let him go but we knew it was time we didn’t want him to suffer, I couldn’t have imagined having to do that at the vets a place Fred hated, instead he was cuddled up on my knee in his favourite place on the couch surrounded by all of us fed his favourite treats right up until falling asleep, and we got to grieve privately as a family as nothing can prepare you for that moment and what comes after. All of this made possible by GBGB. We will never be able to express enough gratitude to thank you for your amazing service and allowing us to give the best send off possible to our little boy in a fur coat 💙”

“When I rang for an unplanned exit for beautiful Narla. They were prompt and sympathetic. I would recommend this service highly, the vet and pickup service were wonderful. Karla went over the rainbow with us in her own environment peacefully.”

“What an amazing service. The staff were so kind and empathetic. We were in a bit of a state, but they knew exactly what we needed and guided us gently through the whole process. They really ensured that our Dougie's last few minutes were calm and painless. Thank you.”

“It’s has been a few months now since my beautiful 14 year old Labrador Retriever Rocky passed. I just wanted to thank all the staff at Goodbye Goodboy for helping myself and my family through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our beloved Rocky. I want to particularly thank Ingrid the vet from Goodbye Goodboy and Adrian from Pets Eternal,who were present during this difficult time. They were very understanding, empathetic and genuinely cared about us and most importantly our Rocky. I highly recommend speaking with this team when you have to make a very difficult decision as they are very supportive and help guide you through the steps with the utmost respect. “I want to thank you and your team for the unbelievable service provided. The vet who came and helped us with our beautiful boy was simply amazing! Without a doubt, she made the event of saying goodbye to Hunter so much easier - words can't express our gratitude. “It's been a few months now and I've finally been able to put in words how incredibly grateful I am for the team at Goodbye Goodboy as I let my beautiful cat Nox go for the big sleep. Before I even purchased the package I received a phonecall from the team just to check in, make sure I was OK and ask me about Nox. They didn't try to sell me anything. It was a genuine and heart-warming conversation. From here I decided I wouldn't go with anyone else to help me through this difficult time. The care throughout was second to none. The team was always there and on the day did their best to help me urgently when my boy declined quicker than expected. The whole service was just wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of Goodbye Goodboy. Nox was the first furbaby I chose as mine and he was with me through the hardest times. I was able to rest easy knowing he got the best goodbye, he was looked after once he was gone, and he was returned to me with love and care. Thankyou Goodbye Goodboy - I truely appreciate everything xox”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Goodboy services highly enough. Every single person I dealt with was an absolutely amazing, caring and kind individual. They are so understanding and compassionate during what was a really hard time for myself and family. Their aftercare service is also great. Just having someone call to check in and their offers of support, meant so much. Such a supportive company, with amazing staff.”

“We found the care and understanding that Goodbye Good Boy's vet gave both our lovely old dog Poppy and ourselves made her final minutes so peaceful and easy for her. It is hard to say Goodbye but to know that there is no more suffering is a blessing and the vet who attended our home to care for Poppy treated her with the utmost respect and care. Thank you!”

“Words can not express how happy I was with the team at goodbye good boy from putting my dog to sleep on his couch outside with us all around him to receiving the ashes a few days later with a lock of his hair seeds to plant and his paw print I was so comforted by this whole experience that normally is so terrifying thanks to the whole team Sally McCarthy”

“Cassandra was great, Bodhi had given all he could, it was the most peaceful heartfelt service. We had taken our other dog to the vet when it was time but this was the beautiful goodbye for my little boy.... thank you Cassandra.”
