“Personal opinion only - I was very disappointed with my purchase as everything was overwhelmingly sweet. I have a sweet tooth but couldn’t eat much of it, just too sugary! Sorry.”

“I have ordered from this company many times in the past and spent a lot of money with them without finding any cause for complaint. However two of the bags of cashew nuts from my last order contained more crushed bits of nuts as opposed to a whole casual nuts which I complained about and submitted a photograph. I had an acknowledgement to my email and I was told that the matter would be investigated and I would be contacted further. Needless to say I have not heard anything since and I’m hugely disappointed with The customer service.”

“I have ordered before and have been delighted with the produce. So I put in a bigger order and most things were fine but I was extremely disappoined that my Brazil nuts were substituted with Pecan nuts!! I think that is unacceptable. You should have told me Brazils were not available and given me the option to choose an alternative or cancel.”
“You would have had five stars up until recently. The products are mostly delicious and delivery is prompt. However, having emailed you twice asking you why are you not just putting 'out of stock' on certain products, rather than allowing an order then replacing it with an unwanted substitute (salted caramel cashews are NOT an acceptable replacement for the coconut ones!), and having received no response, I've decided not to risk ordering from you again. I really don't want to have to pay for products I didn't ask for and don't like. It would surely be a simple matter to update your website when products are out of stock? It would be good if emails were responded to as well; queries being ignored just makes me think you don't care about your customers.”

“The snacks were all perfect: the only problem was the packaging was very inadequate. When it was delivered it was half crushed and loosely held together by thin Sellotape, with gaps opening up.”
“Food was fine but I was not pleased to fi and that I was somehow signed up to a monthly subscription. I hope that this has been cancelled, but for this reason, I will not be ordering again.

“I ordered as website showed free 48hr delivery. Finally got my items 6days later. Very hard to find delivery info on the website but when I did I worked out it should of taken 5days anyway. 2 or 3 items were replaced as not in stock but I wasn't told about this in advance so I ended up paying for things I didn't want. Shame that the over all experience was poor as the snacks were good so I would liked to keep this place as a regular but it's not worth it”
“Like what I ordered except for the replacement I ordered lemon cannelloni you replaced with pistachio, not look appealing. Tasted the kiwi not sure I like it as it’s a little bland.”
