“I seem to be having the same problems as everybody else. I started on Bath and Body Works and ended up on Goose
Creek Candles. I haven’t heard a word from them!! Very disappointing!”
“I was trying to order from Bath and Body Works and somehow ended up on Goose Creek page. I didn't realize it until I had place an order. I also ordered on December 6 but no information on shipping. Their chat link does not work (page not found error and a message from them that they will 'be back soon;) and when I try to text, I get 'message send failure'. I have emailed them also, but have little confidence that I will get a response. It seems that there is no way to reach them. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card and am hopeful that I can recover my money. Very disappointed because some of the candles were Christmas presents.”
“I made an order on 12/6 & I still haven't received any shipping email. I also sent them an email and no response. I wish that I would have read these reviews before I made my order because I see that we're ALL going through the same bad experience. I'm going to see if I can get my money back some how. “This used to be great company and I ordered many large jar candles from them. They are removing or hiding all negative comments from their Facebook page. I placed an order on December 8th and the order has not processed yet. They don't care about customers or they would send our emails to everyone letting us know the orders are being late and will not arrive in time for Christmas. This was my last order with them and I hope others will follow.”

I sent an email on 12/13 to customer service and they did respond only to say they have my order. The email also stated that because of there candles going viral is the reason for the late shipping. Unacceptable excuse”
“This place deserves NO STARS ! RUN! Stay far away. I've seen the ads and received dozens of offers. So, I finally decided to give this company a chance and placed an order for two Christmas candles on December 8th. After a week, with my order still unshipped, I emailed them. I finally received a response days later saying they are busy and have my order. What?! I wasn't even given an estimated time of arrival after stating that I ordered Christmas candles. My order still hasn't shipped. This is definitely my first and last order. All emails and advertisements will be unsubscribed from after this order is filled or a refund is given.”
