I immediately received a confirmation email and the took their payment from my account. Like everyone else I never heard anything else from them. I sent several emails and finally got a generic response basically saying they were overwhelmed with orders. I got a text a few days ago saying UPS received the label, nothing since then! Get a lame excuse were busy and it's taking g longer to ship.

After seeing all these reviews and being promised delivery before christmas you should be held accountable. Thousands of people are upset and frankly.
If I told my customers you will have it by a certain time I would keep my promise and my guarantee.
Just checked my order and still has not shipped only 2 shipping days left for christmas. Not gonna see my products for christmas. What a shame . Should have never thought we would help a family owned business and stayed with Bath and body. Will never make that mistake again and I am warning others .”
“Worse company ever. They advertised to order before Dec 9th to ensure you get by Christmas. When everyone called them out on they pathetic business ethics, they removed that feom their website. They take your money and refuse to ship your items. It was placed 14 days ago and no shipment as of yet. Temu would have even had your order to you already. I believe this company is a scam. From the other post, there are many of us who feel robbed.”

“Do NOT count on Goose Creek around the holidays!! Their customer service is awful if you are lucky enough to get an email through within 3 days. I placed an order on December 8 and as of December 21 it still hasn’t shipped. Took me several tries to get anyone to respond to an email only to be told….I’m so sorry we’re experiencing high volume and basically I was just out of luck. Oh, they did offer to cancel my order numerous times instead of offering to see what they could do to get it pushed through. Please keep in mind. I had spent a tremendous amount of money with them over the last three months!! Never again!! candles online are dime a dozen, and there is nothing special about these!”
