Until my order placed on 12/8/24 over 14 days ago and still without a shopping date or time. I'm not sure why this is happening or how you are allowing this to happen when your website states ships 2-3 days.
I really hope that you will rectify this very bad situation as I read over 66 complaints related to mine. No I don't want a refund but I do feel we need to be compted for free shipping next over and a candle. This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable as we bought your amazing candles to gift for Christmas.

“Sure wish I did my research on this company beforehand… Co-workers told me great things about their candles so I ordered over $100 in candles as presents for Christmas. Placed order December 6th, said it will be delivered in time for Christmas and orders ship within 3-5 days. I receive an email 12/22 @ 4:30pm stating my order is barely getting ready to ship out of Kentucky and will be here JANUARY 2ND, JANUARY 2ND ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! 16 days later and they are barely leaving the warehouse and won’t be here until after the new year!?!! You’ve got to be freaking kidding me!!! Almost a month later for some freaking candles! This place is a joke… first time and last time customer!! I should’ve just went to bath and body works… I’m convinced they filter out reviews on their website! Now I have to scramble 2 days before Christmas to replace 7 gifts, thanks a lot Goose Creek, for making my first time experience a horrible one! F**k this place, I’m so upset and disappointed. Save yourself the time and disappointment and just order B&BW! Lesson learned”

“I placed an order a year ago and was pleased with the product and shipping was quick so I placed another order on Dec 7, BIG MISTAKE! I immediately received a confirmation email and the took their payment from my account. Like everyone else I never heard anything else from them. I sent several emails and finally got a generic response basically saying they were overwhelmed with orders. I got a text a few days ago saying UPS received the label, nothing since then!
