“Hello! I ordered one of the new Kerastase hair treatment balms and chose a Royal Mail tracked 48-hour delivery. Although the delivery arrived very late on the second working day, I was extremely happy when it did! It was in great condition and the packaging was excellent. I'm pleased to say that I have been using the product since and have seen instant improvements in the condition of my hair! I'd also called Gooseberry customer service for something and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. I unreservedly recommend this company and will buy again. Thank you!”

“Products arrived as promised using the 48 hour tracking service. I have bought from them on two previous occasions and had problems with delivery (around six and 12 months ago). However, Adam has always been willing to resolve these issues. I am pleased that the delivery service appears to be working well now.”
