Ordered March ots now October they still not sent my order . Nobody answers call or message me back for long time . Basically took my money and no product awful service

Do not use Gooseberry. I ordered in April 2020. I have never received the goods (or refund as requested) despite a lot of correspondence with Gooseberry. If you have already ordered by credit card it is good idea to claim from them and also report matter to Trading Standards. Good luck! D. Hardy.

Ordered and paid for a product on 13 June 2020 and still no reply despite many chasing emails and reassurances that they were on their way. AVOID!!

Do not use this company. You will not get your order and they will not refund you. I have now reported them to Nottinghamshire County Council. They need to be stopped from trading and I now have to take legal action to get my money back.

Don't waste your money because you will not receive your order. I have reported gooseberry to Nottinghamshire County Council and asked them to investigate this crook company. I have no idea why this asks when the delivery was made, condition of it or how many days as I have not received my order and gooseberry have not refunded my money so I now have to take legal action against them.

Do not use this company. Ordered on 1st May, received goods 6 weeks later. Order was incomplete, no conditioner, hairdryer was loose in box, rattling around with attachments, having clearly been returned by a previous customer. Hairdryer overheated immediately & emitted an offensive smell. Returned goods & had confirmation from Gooseberry that they had been received on 2nd July. Having now read previous reviews I’m not surprised that I am yet to receive a refund, despite numerous emails & them telling me that it has been processed. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Do not use this company. They fail to deliver products I'm still waiting and have done so for nearly a month. I actually managed to speak to someone at the hair salon which is the same company told my order would be with me on Saturday. Reading other reviews I am wondering if the products will be intact and actually genuine. Look up their information on companies House you might just think twice about ordering anything from them. If you want to give money away give it to a charity and not these people

Ordered items from this company on the 16th December 2019. Have not received the products or been refunded. I have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and have now decided to take this further. Steer clear !!

DO NOT BUY ordered lots of system professional products from them over £100 worth and nothing ! No one has contacted me and are not replying to emails. Please don’t buy from them spend that little bit extra and guaranty your order will come ! SO SO disappointed !! I will be taking further action don’t make the same mistake as me !

I placed an order 1 month ago that suppose to be in my house in 3 to 5 working days. After 10 working days waiting for it; I asked customer service to refund my money back as "the product wasn't in stock" and they couldn't tell me when it will be (after I had to contact them instead of they contacted me). I have asked for my refund; which will be in my account in 5 to 10 working days. Today is the 15th day and I haven't received any money back. Just to save a couple of pounds from any other website, I find myself with no product and with no money back. I'm quite sure I won't do any future purchase with them

Shocking company. After a long wait for delivery, the wrong item turned up! You can’t speak with customer service, only send an email or leave a voicemail which neither respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very poor service! I was waiting for my product 2 weeks. When I was trying to contact them I never get a response. Avoid to use this online shopping platform.

Absolutely terrible service. Products bought nearly 3 months ago and not received. Very poor communication, and when they do bother to reply it’s a standard email blaming the courier company. I have written to the CEO David Butler but don’t hold out much hope of a response. £59 worse off. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am very very disappointed with this company and absolutely disgusted with the same standard automated replies to my many emails that I have sent them. Yes many companies had issues due to coronvirus but every single other company has sent my orders to me and acknowledged my order in the first place. Not Gooseberry though..no email no text to say order on it's way. Yet they took my money straight away! This was on 7th April. That's over 3 months now. Not a happy customer. I have rung customer service and guess what...no reply. I have left a message. So Gooseberry please contact me ASAP to arrange my immediate refund otherwise this will be going further

Absolutely disgraceful. I placed an order 11th May for three items. Heard nothing for weeks. after several emails asking for an update they finally contact saying due to COVID-19 things are taking longer. I give it a few more weeks then ask for a refund as was getting desperate. Was told 3-10 working days. That passed and no refunds. Emailed several times after and now getting anxious as felt like it wasn’t a legit company. Told them I’m thinking of taking legal action and then I get a call From what seemed a nice lady who blamed her colleague. Says goods was now back in stock so we agreed she would send it express post and would give me a free gift as I had been treated badly. So the express delivery happened a week later!! But only 2 out of 3 items arrived. Oh and no freebies. I tried to ring the number of the lady that rang me. And guess what. Doesn’t exist! I’ve demanded a refund everyday since and guess what. We are now on the 12th working day since an email stating it had been processed. I’m now going to contact my bank as looking at most of the reviews for this company it looks like so many people are having the same experience. In this very difficult time we are all going through i feel it is very sad that hard working people should be treated in this way. Being a member of the NHS nursing staff and having to wear ppe having your hair feel rubbish is bad enough but would have helped if I’d had the products I’d ordered over two months ago.

Awful honestly. I put down an order and the order was two weeks late and when i asked for a refund I’m stealing they decided to ship out the parcel, after that i insisted on a refund they ignored my emails.

I wish I had read these reviews before. Ordered a week ago goods worth over &70 and since then have had no response. Have written and left a message on their phone . I will be contacting the legal team soon if this is not sorted.
