“Exceptionally poor service. Had to chase my order after 10 working days on a 7 working day delivery. Then told it was due the following day, however no delivery received so rang again and told that they would resend the order. This arrived 3 days later however the order was incomplete so I had to ring again to be told they could send the missing item which would be with me over the next few days! I then expressed and not for the first time, my disappointment at the way the order had been handled at which point I was asked if I would prefer a credit for the item instead which I agreed to. Then told I would receive a confirmation that afternoon confirming the credit and yet 5 days I have later still to receive any communication from Gooseberry. It really is no good offering competitive prices with such dreadful service!”

“When I ordered the items (7/8/18) it stated delivery would be within 5-7 working days. 12 working days later (24/8/18) I chased it and it had not been sent. Gooseberry apologised and sent it that day and said would include something by way of an apology. Items received the next day (25/8/18). Also at the time of the initial order I was offered a free Redken hair hangover kit which did not arrive with my package. When I called to ask about it (on 28/8/18) I was advised it was because it had been subject to availability and there were none left, however, when I pointed out they were still showing available on the website again the assistant apologised and said they would have it updated. I have checked today (29/8/18) and the Redken Hair Hangover Kit is still available. This was my first order and in future I will use a different company and pay a little bit more for reliability and providing what they say they would.”

“Item showing in stock , order confirmed then nothing . I phoned & was told to expect it the following day . nothing . I then received an email saying you?d ?made a boo boo? .... there was an issue with the item leaving the warehouse. I checked stock availability. Item showing out of stock . I waited a few days , item back in stock so I left a voicemail . The next day I received an email to say the item had been despatched . I received a battered box in a folded Jiffy bag a few days later . I have never had the postage refunded as promised , albeit 50p . The product itself is outstanding....”

“Took a ridiculously long time to arrive and then it was the wrong item. Supposed to be 4x 250ml products but sent 1 litre instead but no pump dispenser. Should have said this was how it would arrive and then I would have ordered elsewhere.”
