“Service is very good. Delivery is very fast. Unfortunately my husband ordered Moroccanoil repair shampoo and conditioner rather than volume set. Return for refund is very inconvenient. Not like other online companies, they prepared the return label and form for customers. With your company, I have to go online to find the information and print out the label myself. It happens to that my printer broken, I have to go to library to print it. Royal Mail link didn't work, then need email again, waiting for the response then go to library again then email again to inform you the tracking number required......”

“My customer experience was on the whole very good. I ordered from Gooseberry because both items required by myself and my partner were in stock and at good prices compared to local salons. It was easy to set up my account and goods were received in 1 week although my order status was described on the dashboard as complete before I actually received the items. Packaging could have been a bit more robust as my tins of hair product arrived a bit dented but nothing to worry about.”
