The Coffee is pretty good however I received a Mug with a Broken Handle. I sent a number of emails with a picture and never heard back from anyone for a replacement. Customer service is poor.

Ma commande a été expédié après ma demande d'annulation, j'avais commandé 1 mois d'avance pour un cadeau de fête je l'ai reçu 3 semaines après la fête. Aucune considération pour la demande d'annulation aucun suivi possible

While the products offered are interesting, the shipping of those products leave a lot to be desired. Nothing ordered ever ships as started, is always late. Don't plan on ordering anything again since I can't trust ANY dates, shipping information provided. I travel quite a bit and having items left on for steps for days because of lack of accurate information is totally unacceptable.

Coffee is good but also ordered 2 mugs (king and queen) both were broken upon arrival. I sent two emails to support and never received a response. Will not recommend if mugs aren’t replaced

The product is amazing and my friend loves it but, it took over a month to receive the items. I understand there were some unavoidable delays which I would have been totally ok with but, there was ZERO communication about the delays until I reached out to the company.

Hi Peggy, thank you for the review. Yes, I agree we took a bit time to get you updated with the situation. Sadly we thought we would have been able to fix it earlier but sadly it took longer. We are definitely sorry for that. We would be more than happy to give you something to excuse us.

Le cafee est bon mais il mon envoyer la mauvaise tasse et jai fait une plainte mais toujours pas de nouvelle ps je veut ma tasse

Just to be clear. What you order online isn't guaranteed to be what's shipped to you? 1st time customer, last time purchase.

Le café est très faible au goût. Ce n'est pas des produits pour quelqu'un qui aime le café fort.

Bonjour Jérôme, chaque café que vous achetez est différent. Et aussi, dépendant de la méthode d'infusion que vous faîtes il faudra ajuster la quantité de café par tasse en proportion avec la quantité d'eau. Donc c'est très possible que vous deviez ajouter plus de cuillerées. I am currently not happy with Goth Rider. They are near impossible to contact; there is no Customer Service link on the site so, you must go through Facebook in order to ask questions. I have had to do this before and it continues to be an issue. Recently, (30 October) I placed an order. I had not received any notice of the intended delivery for 11 days. When I reached out through Facebook (10 November), I was advised there was a delay in printing a shirt and that I should be receiving a shipment delivery notice the next day. I was given a credit 'for my troubles' and I was appreciative and I waited. 4 days later I did finally receive my notice that things were in the process of being put together for shipment. I should have been notified there was an issue BEFORE I had to go looking for answers. I DO understand things are strained these days when it comes to shipping, but this was not a shipping issue - it was an issue with letting a customer know there was a snag in the system and communication. I adore this company and am usually quite happy with my overall experiences, but this was different. I know they have added some new perks and are still working out all of the kinks, but this wasn't part of the new works. If Customer Service could be more closely monitored, preferably NOT through Facebook, I would be happy to go back to a 5-star rating. The coffee is exceptional. The clothing is outstanding. Customer Service needs work.

Unfortunately I am not thrilled with Gothrider. My order took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, I didn't receive what I ordered - I ordered an XL and received a 3XL. I immediately emailed (October 20) to advise of the error and expressed my understanding that mistakes happen; a week later, I still haven't received a response.

Don't give measurements for cups. Give how many Oz it holds. 20 dollars for 10 Oz's is to much

Bonjour Tommy, est-ce possible de nous dire comment vous avez préparé votre café? Il y a certainement eu quelque chose soit dans la préparation soit dans la batch que vous avez reçu, car comme vous pouvez voir la majorité des commentaires, notre café est loin d'être amer.

A neighbor was raving about the coffee. The Coffee itself is pretty good, on par with kicking horse, which is what I usually drink They have three options of coffee, and this is my first order with GothRider. I ordered: WHOLE BEAN, GREASE I got GROUND, Gasoline I emailed them and let them know on the day I got my package with a picture. (5 days ago). No response. If the coffee wasn't good It would be 1 star. Maybe I just expect too much.
