Basket was delivered to wrong address. Follow up with courier company is still going? Meanwhile family in isolation are missing out on hamper in time for Christmas. I am extremely unimpressed. By this stage (2 days 'lost') the company should have sent out a replacement.

Sadly one of the baskets I ordered was delivered a day early - last Sunday- and the recipients weren’t home and it has disappeared so no Christmas present for my son who I have t been able to see since lockdown 😭

Difficult to rate as the basket arrived quickly and was good quality. The only issue was the cheese had to be thrown away as the basket hadn’t been refrigerated and the cheese arrived very hot. Disappointing given I purposely chose one that had a cheese and wine duo. Would buy again but not with perishable items unless guaranteed refrigeration.

I ordered on Monday allowing for ample time for delays due to Christmas, delivery was booked for Friday. It was not delivered and the blame was passed to courier when it was only dispatched to the courier late on Friday from what I can tell.

As a return customer, I've always been more than satisfied with your products (all of the recipients have been thrilled). That being said, this last order was disappointing. I ordered three boxes to bring with me as hostess/holiday gifts. I have only gifted the first box (morning/pancake/tea) and to my horror - when I presented the gift and she opened it - the mug was scratched with a black smudge, there were no tea bags and the flower diffuser was upside down and crushed. I was too embarrassed to take a picture. I have been flat out with work; otherwise I would have reached out sooner, and am debating whether or not to open the other two boxes before gifting them. Like I said, you haven't disappointed before; and I am chalking it up to be crazy, busy post lockdown/holiday season....that being said, I know that I would want to know, if it was my company. Make it a great holiday season and a happy / healthy new year!

The delivery was very late, and the event I was having it sent for passed. There was no communication about the delay other than a generic email about delays in November. I understand there are delays. I would have been unlikely to have ordered the gift if I had known it would take almost a week for delivery

We ordered 4 hampers for a later date instead received somebody elses hampers at an earlier date. Not good. They do present lovely.

Still waiting to find out if it was even delivered! Ordered Monday 29/11 for delivery Friday 3/12 and today 6/12 still don’t know if it arrived!?

The selected date is a preferred delivery date and not guaranteed, this is noted on our website when you go through the checkout process. Given I paid extra for delivery I was disappointed that it did not arrive before or o the date selected. The tracking had stated was delivered but recieved next day

The package took 6 days to arrive from ordering was meant to arrive Monday didn't arrive to Thursday. The package wasn't left at the address was taken to a depot a substantial distance from the delivery address. The package was for a person recovering from a medical procedure who then had to travel to the depot to collect. Upon opening the package the wooden beer cady was damaged and very poorly constructed. Thankfully the beers survived. The collection card left in the letter box also said to collect the package from a western Australian depot when the delivery address was in NSW. For near $110 pretty poor result really.

Two hampers I ordered were dispatched two weeks earlier than the intended delivery date and efforts to correct this were minimal with me having to chase up for answers. Unfortunately it has ruined the surprise for the other recipients and no compensation or goodwill gesture has been offered.

I ordered for deliver on the 15th. It was for my sister-in-law birthday on that day. She has a broken ankle and went into hospital yesterday so obviously I wanted it for her birthday and prior to hospital. I called to ask where the order was and was told I should have read the note online about Covid and delays. I didn't see that. The person I spoke to also said she would call the courier and find out how long it would be and she would calle right back. She never did. No phone call. The package apparently arrived yesterday, but of course my sister-in-law was in hospital. I asked someone to go past her house to collect it as there is no one home obviously. I'm pretty annoyed at the slow service, and no response from your team member. I will not be using you again and will be writing about this on Facebook to warn others of the slow service. Btw if StarTrack Express is owned by Australia Post why would you use them? Other courier conoanirst are having no problems with delivery.

I asked for a delivery after a certain date and it got delivered early. Luckily the basket wasn’t stolen but frustrating that instructions on ordering were not followed.

I writing this to you from Honolulu. The basket was much appreciated. Your delivery service was terrible. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me son in Rowville, Victoria,which I ordered around September 12 for delivery before September 20. I presumed you would send it by courier. He didn't get it until September 25 as it had been sent by mail . That's simply not good enough...Patrick
