I this bashed was delivered 10 days after ordered. Which was a bit longer than I'd hoped. I didn't get a photo from the company of what it looked like, so have no idea of it was what I ordered.

The delivery date was not as per what was mentioned in the email. I know it can change but it is not convenient.

Basket good. Delivery date missed. I paid 18.00 to get it delivered on a particular date for a birthday and it arrived today instead of Jan 21. Covid was the excuse. Don’t offer something you can’t deliver on.

While the product was great, it was not delivered as promised and I rang 4 days after due delivery only to be told it was still in the warehouse and had not been collected by the courier. The lady was very helpful and said she would get it out immediately for next day delivery. Then a little while later she rang back and said the colour I ordered was out of stock, would I take another colour which I did. But surely I should have been notified a lot earlier. The present arrived the next day as promised by the lady but was one week late and not what I had originally order.

Ordered a Xmas hamper for a family member added quite a few extra items but the recipient never received these extra items. Thankfully I asked the recipient to take a photo of his gift hamper to show me what it looked like as the company needed this photo as proof the extra items weren’t received. Their email address failed to work as I sent loads of emails trying to get this sorted but they said they were never received, it took a live chat to fix the problem where I could show the photo whilst chatting. The items were then sent to the recipient. What I didn’t receive from the company is an explanation as to how these got missed in the first place. I’d recommend them for a run of the mill hamper just watch if you add extra items that they do send them and not just pocket the extra cash.

I was disappointed at the lack of communication regarding order. I had to chase it up. Also it said when buying that it would be delivered on the 14th. It came on the 17th . After my sons birthday. Apart from that . Jez said it was a lovely surprise. Thanks Maria

The box had to be opened to determine the contents. Other brand purchased were labelled on the outside as to model No.

My recipient received the correct box but the gift card was incorrect so she did not know who the box was from or even if it was for her. It was also not delivered on the requested date. I ordered another basket from an alternative supplier 2 days later than this one and it was delivered 2 days before this one.

Delivery was two days ahead of schedule when no one would be home. Shouldn’t ask for a delivery date if not going to follow it. Lucky a friend went by to pick it up and recipient happy with the goods

The product itself is good, though I was very disappointed with the service I requested it to be mailed out as close to Christmas as possible the gal on the phone told me that it would go out on the last shipment on December 16th so it would be there just in time for Christmas - it got there on December 10th --- wanted it to be a surprise -

Lovely hamper, recipient very impressed. Unfortunately delivered over a week early to the date I asked for, which stuffed things up a bit. They had to open the parcel to retrieve the cheese I'd ordered extra, and I didn't want them to get it till nearer Xmas. Other than that, all good.

My friend really loved her hamper however the hamper was not received on the expected day. My friend did not receive anything to say that a parcel had tried to be left at her place and I had not received any notification that the hamper was taken to the post office

The basket was pesented nicely to the end user DEIVERY WAS BAD ORDERED MONDAY6/12/21 ARRIVED SUNDAY 12/12/2021 IT ONLY HAD TO GO 12KLM FROM BELROSE THE LADY I SPOKE TO ON THE MONDAY SAID FRIDAY DELIVERY WAS NOT A PROBLEM

I did NOT receive the Survival Hamper. While the boxed presentation was lovely, I was disappointed to find that the products were different to what was ordered.

Dear Sirs, The basked was delivered 5 days before the date it was ordered for. That's nice but the surprise effect for the actual birthday was blown.
