The presentation is very good. However the socks are not of good quality and the packet of chips does not fit the overall presentation maybe something boxed would have been the better choice

Reliable and easy to order. Nice products except for the wines. A shame you couldn’t offer better quality wines, so for that reason won’t be sending again

quality excellent but delivered at 7pm which was way too late and unprofessional to be delivering outside of business hours.

The gift was very much appreciated, beautifully and safely packaged, however the delivery time was considerable and required two visits by the recipient to the post office. The gift was ordered on a Thursday morning, yet was not received until Wednesday afternoon. I understand that times are busy with deliveries and it would have been better if it was ordered sooner.

Contents of box were spitting out with the ribbon holding the cover in place. It looked cheap. Not a pleasant look especially as a gift.

The problem is that the gifts arrived late. You should offer the service of a courier like DHL rather than just StarTrack

I ordered a hamper for my sons birthday which was on the 18/9/21. I asked for the hamper to be delivered on the 17/9/21. As my son and his family are renovating their home (at the address I stated) and are not living there at this time. My son has an office at the back of this property and was Woking at that address all day. The hamper was not delivered until 18/9/21, however my son left a note on the mailbox stating if Auspost came to give it to the next door neighbours. However Auspost left a card stating that the hamper was taken to Botany post office for pick up. As my sons daycare was placed into lockdown on that weekend, because there was a person there that had contracted COVID, he and his family had to self isolate for 10 days, by that time when he was finally able to pick the hamper up the cheese was ruined and had to be thrown out. Even though I rang and complained about the poor delivery, I felt I gave plenty of time for this hamper to get from Belrose toBotany by Friday 17/9/21. I was told it is stated on your web page regarding no guarantee of delivery at the date stipulated. I will not be ordering again from you and won’t be recommending your hampers. Very disappointing and not satisfactory customer service. Thank you Anne Smith

Whilst the package was good I ordered it today’s before the recipients birthday to allow for ample time, and it didn’t arrive until after. Given it said same day this is disappointing.

Gift hamper contents were reportedly very nice, but it was delivered the next day, which is normally pretty good. Am pretty sure though I booked delivery for the following week (for a birthday). Luckily the recipient was there to receive. Also, just checking.. Presumably the cheese didn't require refrigeration? I'm told the packaging didn't give away the contents or mention in case there were any perishables, but I told the recipient to open it early in case it did.

We received the gift basket but some items weren’t in the order which we took it as they had run out. It would have been nice if this was raised prior to sending the order so we could pick the replacement item.
