“The basket was loved once it arrived. I was under the impression that the basket was coming from Brisbane and would have arrived on time if this had been the case but the basket actually came from Sydney. When googling the website does say Brisbane. My only disappointment was the late arrival.”

“We specifically searched for a Brisbane distributor and was asked for delivery date when booking basket but it wasn't even packed until the day after we wanted it delivered and not delivered for over 4 days - our colleague was nearly back at work by then. Just need to be a little more realistic with where basket is coming from and how many days it will actually take for delivery.”

“I've sent several Gourmet Baskets and they make a great 'thank you' or 'birthday gift'. And they beat wine and chocolates as Christmas gifts! Always nicely presented, good selection of goodies (and price range), and always delivered on time. With some baskets, it pays to add 1-2 things, like cheese or a bottle of wine, but the surprise on the receiving end is worth it”

“Hi, The lady who helped me put together a basket was very helpful. That's a BIG plus! There's one thing I wish your service included, and that's an actual/final picture of the order. Because the person who received my gift basket sent me a photo and it looked like it was missing elements that I put in the order. The photo of the order would be an amazing addition. Thanks for all your help and I will be using your service again as your staff member was helpful and also the order arrived on the day it was meant to, so I couldn't thank you enough for that.”

“Gourmet Baskets are great. This time around though I ordered within the time frame for delivery by Friday but it didn't arrive until the Monday which was after the people I bought it for arrived home from their wedding. A little disappointed but next time I'll just have to order even earlier.”
