thrown away all of the cheese, olives and biscuits, they had expired and smelt off. never buy from this company

Ordered 15 days prior to when I needed basket as birthday gift expecting it would arrive on time. How wrong was I. Had to purchase something else to give as birthday gift on the day so wasn't embarrassed to say my gift is coming some day this year hopefully.

I have just been advised that delivery was AGAIN taken to the post office and not delivered to the recipient. There is ample parking in the area so there is no excuse for the driver not to deliver. As a business you really need to think about changing the courier company you use. This is really really poor.

I was told my delivery would be 02/10. I rang to find out where my hamper was and was told there was a mistake made and I would receive my delivery 07/10. I called today (07/10) and was advised that courier was unable to make delivery today because it was cheese and the order was cancelled. I am so disappointed because this was an anniversary gift for my Mum due to us being 6 months together in lock down last week. Now I have to tell her I have requested a refund. Why did not someone tell my last week that it would be a problem to deliver cheese to regional Victoria. The person I spoke last week was aware this was a regional order.

Because the delivery divers do not carry a mobile, they could not phone the recipient to let them know that they had arrived so the recipient could open the door for the parcel delivery. Therefore the order had to be cancelled.

Despite ordering my gourmet basket a week in advance, I was notified the morning it was to be delivered that the bottle of wine it was to include was not available. Given that I was told you'd only run out of that wine the day before, I was unimpressed that my money had been taken a week earlier but the products for the basket were not put aside to ensure the order was as advertised. It left me with very limited time to look for an alternative birthday gift as the suggested wine substitute was not satisfactory. The whole experience was therefore unsatisfactory and I would not be using Gourmet Baskets again, nor would I recommend them.

Basket was delivered while property was unattended. Instead of leaving driver left at post office. Basket still has not been found or delivered. Wedding proceeded without gift from overseas parents of groom. Very disappointed.

Not good value for money. Items at full retail are half what I got charged and 2 of the 4 items were substituted without my knowledge. Calling service department, they really couldn't care.

I have purchased your product before and have been very happy in the past but was very disappointed when my recipient received a different hamper to the one i had ordered.

Ordered a Thankyou gift 12 days ago. Still not delivered... No updates and even when I followed up the carrier despite having the booking number and both recipient and sender names they wouldn’t provide an update Over the phone because I didn’t have the recipients full address (it was a one off Thankyou gift to an employee). Been very disappointed with the whole experience.

I thought the presentation was poor. Very disappointed. You also delivered someone else's basket to them. Two boxes arrived. They were told to readdress and organise a courier for it to be picked up.

Extremely Disappointed - basket didnt arrive and 2 weeks after notifying them I still havent received the basket or any notification or advise from them!!! Would not recommend this service at all

I ordered and paid for a hamper to be delivered to my friend who had just started chemotherapy. The hamper wasn’t delivered and I received no response to my emails asking them to follow up. Significant outlay for no product or service

I found out today that my delivery was no successful as address incorrect. I contacted Star Track who confirmed today that they have been trying to contact Gourmet Basket since 23July with no success! I have provided the correct address now to deliver. Your system had both my address as sender and receiver address together in the same data box, so fix your system and reply to courier people.

Gift was broken in transit. For a next day delivery that took 4 days and I had to ring to find out what was happening. No contact from company until I rang. Worst birthday surprise ever!
