Absolutely terrible service and a terrible company never will I ever use you again such a lack of communication which resulted in me never actually receiving my box for the week!!!!! I will recommend that all of my family and friends NEVER use you!! So so disappointed with your service just terrible!

First box didn't arrive. After being told it had been returned to sender and to contact Gousto, I contacted them for them to tell me to contact Yodel. A lot of hassle for something that's meant to ease and straight forward. Finally after Gousto telling me my box wouldn't ever arrive, they said they would give me a refund and 50% of my next box. No offer of sending out a replacement, I am now having to wait for refund to come back into bank account, no meals that I had ordered for the week a head and the hassle of having to reorder. I don't see why I should have to be put out and inconvenienced like this. It leaves families with no meals and no money to purchase alternatives. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!!!!

AWFUL!!! Go to Hellofresh!!! Numerous times this company has left things out of the box, contacted customer services and they are nothing but RUDE.

I have cancelled my subscription with you on my account and you have still sent me a box! There is no one to speak to or email. What am I supposed to do?

First of all, delivery is separate from Gousto (we have DPD who literally do ‘knock door bunk’ and b*gger off leaving your parcel on the door step - worst courier ever!). The meat doesn’t seem to have long dates and we have complained about the chicken being ‘off’ even before it’s date. When I have needed to cancel, money has been taken from my account and no reminders are ever sent to your phone or email (a good idea perhaps?). Hello Fresh has by far been the best but we chose Gusto after recommendations online. Have now cancelled subscription and won’t be returning... the concept now brilliant if they sort out the courier issues, the short life of the meat and taking payments.

Had my first box delivered on Sunday. I was so fed up going round a supermarket trying to decide what to cook so decided to give Gousto a go. The ingredients were really fresh and good quality. The cooking experience is great and instructions are really easy to follow. Before Gousto, cooking involved putting things in the oven. I now really enjoy the process in cooking a meal and my 5 year old loves helping me prep and cook. There are plenty of recipes (even some for the fussiest of eaters). I have just ordered my second box. Delivery was on time and packaging was fully intact.

Excellent ingredients! excellent meals! Couldn't ask for more, on my 2cnd week of Gousto can't wait to get cooking again this week got my meals picked out allready for week 3! Makes tea times much more I teresting and not a chore! Think itl be minted lamb meatballs tonight 👍

“I am shocked by the number of bad reviews. We have nothing but good things to say. We love it so much . It is so delicious, wonderful quality and works out cheaper than what we would spend on groceries, with loads less waste. My son is a very fussy eater. But he has loved all the meals we have had -1. Had no problems with delivery service . Like some have had. Always received by 11am. We have had 2 boxes so far . With one coming next week

ordered my first box to be delivered it didnt arrive did an online chat with them the girl said i would be compensated did an online chat with them again today as they didnt get back to me said they would give me my money back didnt offer an alternative to deliver my boxes but asked about compensation said they would give me 30% but i get that anyway until end of march wont use them again

Wouldnt recommend, without reading everything first. Just had confirmation of an order, I didnt make or want & they have taken money from me without consent... apparently all pre-authorised by signing up! Offering 40% refund so am over £20 out of pocket! Wouldnt touch them with a barge plle

love the concept of Gousto but sadly given it many tries but sadly the shelf life of produce is very poor! Delivery of 4 menus for 4 people this time had to be used within 2 days! I have used others but had hoped they would at least get that right but its ridiculous really!! Sorry to say that with other options I cant see the point now! My delivery arrived Sunday all to be used by Tuesday- in the past there have been dramas which they have refunded but I can honestly say I think hello fresh trump it as they not only package up each menu the dates are far more realistic! Shame as I had hoped they would change but no

Absolutely best thing weve ever done!! Nice fresh vegies and meat delivered every week. We love it and new recipes are added every week. Defo got us out of a Rut of eating the same thing each week which i was fed up with!

The concept and recipes are actually pretty good but they need to start using a decent courier (Hermes are awful). I have added notes to my delivery preferences but drivers just ignore them so you'll end up wasting lots of time talking to customer and service and with no food.

This was my first box, all but two of the tins are dented, one of the lemons has a large poor spot at one end, and the box only contained two small potatoes, whereas the recipes detailed that 14 potatoes were required in total. Therefore I will need to go out and purchase more potatoes, which defeats the point of having complete meals delivered. Not a good first impression at all.

I really like the idea of gousto and the recipes are good but the courier service is awful. On two occasions, the delivery driver didn’t knock on the door, ignored our delivery instructions, dropped our boxes from height on the floor. The first time this happened, I raised a complaint and gousto said this would be handled. The second time, it wasn’t. The delivery eh driver looked in our living room window, saw we were in and dropped the box from height at our door. I opened the door and tried to speak to the delivery driver but he repeatedly ignored me and drove off. The response from gousto when I called to tell them was poor - just an apology and another promise that this would be resolved. We no longer will order from them, it’s really disappointing.
