At the moment I only use it once a day before my last meal as that’s when I tend to falter .So far so good ,just been using it under a week now .Lovely lemony taste , I just mix with a little water and drink straight away. I would review again in a months time to reflect individual changes and any noticeable changes for bowel movements , feeling fuller and less sugar cravings . Will continue to use 😀”

Many thanks for your feedback. As with all new supplements or nutrients implemented into your routine, it will take a minimum of 2-4 weeks to see significant results. With joint pain, I would recommend consulting your doctor if you haven't done so already. With energy, a balanced diet with sufficient protein and blood sugar balance alongside a supplement protocol will provide optimal results.

“I have to say I’m disappointed in this product. Other reviews say this tastes delicious- I would say it tastes artificial and definitely not of Sicilian lemon. It also contain Xylitol which is a great shame. I thought Gabriella was about natural health. It also gave me chronic wind!”

I'm sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with Feel Great Fibre. Xylitol is a completely natural ingredient derived from sustainable birch and beech wood. With regards to the flavour, this comes from natural lemon oil.
We aim to cater to as wide an audience as possible and we of course can't always get it right for everyone's taste.
Adding fibre to your diet can cause some temporary digestive changes but with continued use, this reduces as your gut microbiome becomes balanced and in better working order.
