Grab a gun had an error on the web site they made good on it and gave me a store credit to cover it great job on customer satisfaction.

I bought a brand new fire arm which was completely defective and when I told them they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted customer service never got back to me. They manufacturer was also confused as to how they sold me a defective gun.

BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR ADVERTISING SHOOT NOW PAY LATER. IS A BIG SCAM. THEY DONT PROTECT AND LIE TO CUSTOMER I order a gun for 388 and ended paying 650 because the use a Scam called CREDOVA. you dont buy the gun. they ended leased and pay the gun double the priced. and they dont tell you that. they are thieves.

I've tried multiple times to make a purchase. I can't even checkout. The web page keeps kicking me off the site or it goes somewhere completely opposite of what I want to do. It's a real shame, when I can't make a purchase on something, because they are that incompetent. Guess I'll be buying somewhere else. Grabagun! You need to get ahead of things. It's not looking real good for you. Glad I looked at the reviews instead of trying keep purchasing. I'll not try to do business again with them.

Even though measure 114 in Oregon has been blocked by a judge for the state of Oregon allowing purchases and sales to continue Grabagun has put a high capacity hold on our order! These idiots don’t know that in doing so they allowing an unconstitutional measure to be upheld!

Ordered my gun 2 weeks ago. Said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. If large amount of orders 3-7 days. Also said I will recieve an email when it was shipped. Never recieved an email. Called and waited for 20 minutes to see shipment status and was told it hadn't even shipped yet!! Just asked for a refund. Will take my business elsewhere.

Bought a Ruger Securith 380 from GAG. The process was easy. Shipping was fast with good communication. I wouls do business with GAG again no problem.

I tried to order a $300 gift for my son for Christmas and immediately after my card was charged the funds grab a gun canceled my order as potential fraud. I called to find out what was going on only to be treated very rudely and told that if I wanted to order again they’d need a copy of my license and credit card and would charge me again while I in turn wait 7-10 days for my first orders refund. Well it’s Christmas and I can’t tie up over $600 in one $300 gift so I declined. I then had my son order since he had previously ordered from here with no issue only to have the same thing that happened to me happen to him. So now we have over $600 tied up into a gift that is not coming. The same rudeness that I received my son received as well. If grab a gun is going to require a copy of a license and credit card with each order then put it on the damn website. Letting folks order and then immediately canceling the order and forcing them to wait 7-10 for a refund is not acceptable, especially at Christmas. My family will never do business here again. They don’t deserve anyone’s business with the way that they talk to customers, it’s disrespectful and shameful. What a horrid company with a bah humbug attitude. Merry freakin Christmas!

Worse than robo calls These people are constantly sending emails about 6-8 per day sometimes even more!! I have tried many times do cancel my account and they still keep bothering me and won't stop!! Don't do business with them unless you want constant headaches because they won't listen or help you in any way!!! It's even worse than dealing with robo call scams

This was my first (and last) experience with this company. I ordered a gun through their grab a gun website and my order was immediately cancelled with no reason given. I called to inquire about this, was put on hold, then my call was dropped and my number was blocked so I couldn't call back. My husband also tried to buy a gun through this company and the same thing happened to him. The company website has a "live chat" that is a useless bot. We have had no problems with other gun dealers.

They cancelled my order with no reason. When I called to inquire they put me on hold, then hung up on me and then blocked my number. Terrible company. Questionable ethics.

Ordered a firearm over the weekend realizing I accidentally ordered the incorrect model. Sent a follow up email immediately with my order number explaining this and asked to cancel order so I can place correct order. They contacted me on Monday morning via email saying that it's not possible to cancel order because it has already shipped. I tell myself "that was really quick". So I call them them to request tracking information on my shipped firearm. They tell me that it has not shipped and it take 3-7 business days to ship firearm. I think okay.. maybe the representative who emailed made a mistake and I tell him I was emailed with an explanation saying firearm was already shipped and I tell the guy on the call my situation and explain that I want to cancel my order to order the correct model. Considering the firearm has yet to ship, this should be simple. He backtracks and says, firearm has not shipped but is now too far along in the order process to cancel and all I can do is wait till firearm arrives and ship it back as a return and incur 15% restocking fee. Terrible practice! How far along can an order that hasn't shipped be that you can't just cancel? Especially considering order was place on a Friday evening, offices are closed during the weekend, and I call to cancel my order Monday morning. Shady...

I ordered a gun for my son for Christmas. They sent the wrong gun and refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong gun even though the price on my invoice showed the price of the gun I actually ordered. Others have had this same issue according to Google reviews. They will not take returns unless product is opened at the dealer where transferred. I doubt they will then because they refused to even explain themselves when I asked why my invoice reflected the gun I bought verses the gun they sent. Beware these people are sketchy and there are numerous complaints with their sketchy company and you'll have no recourse except to keep the gun they decide to send.

I ordered ammo from the website, the product pictured was all brand new packaging. The product I received was in a beat up old box that was taped together with scotch tape. Last time I will order from this company.

Two orders made from grab a gun. The prices were only slightly better than retail, except one item was defective and took the longest time to return and the other was an inferior product that can be bought retail without the additional $80 transfer fee. I’ll stick with Academy from now on.

Read other low rating Reviews, they are all accurate. Be smart ignore the whiners I purchased thousnads thru them. Later finding out I drastically overpaid & received wrong firearm. Did not match picture & description 2000 dollars later having a cheaper version that found out was old stock. Due to the fact I questioned them about this, when I went to give them 1 more chance & order they just canceled the order without contacting me 1st, wrote me saying we don't want your business!!! My message was never unprofessional, just asked for them to make it right which they refused to do. Being a board member of a huge Shooting club with over 15,000 memebers, I had to share this experience as This is just poor service. You can't return a firearm, so receiving actual item is important, these guys are deceitful & out to make an easy Buck. Better off take your business local & wait a few days or weeks for an order.

I made an order, and I get an email saying my state does not allow large magazines, karma so they will keep them and not give me replacements, or a refund my money -15% restocking fee.. There are thieves. I will never use them again and I will never recommend anybody else.
