“While the overalls are fantastic, the service is appalling. They do not honour refunds. In my case I have been waiting over a month for a refund. What is extra galling is that I phoned the company before ordering and asked about sizing. We discussed me ordering two pairs in different sizes with a view to immediately returning whichever size didn’t work for me, and receiving a refund. Assured that this was okay, I ordered two pairs. When the overalls arrived, I tried them on and worked out which ones to keep. I immediately put the other pair back in their wrapping and emailed Barb for a return label. She sent that to me and returned the overalls. They confirmed receipt three days later. Despite numerous emails to enquire about my refund, four weeks later they are still holding my money. It makes no sense. I will not order from them again and advise others to buy through a shop, not through the Green Hip webpage. Hopefully PayPal will sort out my refund.”
“I have many items from Greenhip and love the quality and style. I was disappointed this order due to a lack of communication regarding pre-ordered overalls that didn't arrive for 3 months +. I instigated all the communication trying to confirm arrival time and then order never arrived at the time company said it would. In the end I opted for a refund as I was hoping the overalls could be used for my pregnancy. Turned out the baby arrived first. Greenhip refunded order efficiently. I would suggest better communication regarding orders in the future.”

I received my order this week in two separate parcels, however two TShirts have not been received. The invoice that came with the overall mentioned a TShirt but there was no TShirt.
All I have received is 1x cream cap, 1x short overalls, 1x long overalls. I paid for 2xTshirts not received.

As you will see in our product description the Overalls are generous in sizing. We will be working towards launching sizes 0-4 in the Overalls so we can cater for smaller sizes. Thank you!
