“Greentrees have looked after our caravan for 3 years but on this year's service a major problem was found. Greentrees took control,sorted out the warranty claim and kept us fully informed. The repair has now been completed. No hassle, lovely ladies on reception. First class helpful service. Thank you.”

“We had an issue with our caravan while we were away in Scarborough, so we booked an appointment in anticipation that the problem would be sorted before our next trip out. We received a telephone call from Greentrees offering us an earlier appointment as they had a cancellation, needless to say that this was gratefully accepted. Upon arrival this morning I showed Becky the problem and she reassured me that the problem would be resolved to our satisfaction. A few hours later I received a call from Becky, who confirmed that the technician had inspected the issue and the job would entail a labour bill for one and a half hours, no parts being required. I accepted this and spoke with the technician who outlined what was required. I picked the caravan up at the agreed time and was shown the repair and was asked if I had any further questions. The service was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending Greentrees for any of their services. Well done to all concerned and thanks for completing the repair so promptly and efficiently.”

“We have just taken our Bailey Vigo in for the first service using our pre-paid service plan which we took out when we purchased the caravan from Greentrees. We were very happy with the service we received, in fact the team sorted the few problems we had and put a warranty claim in to Bailey before we even collected it. The staff at Greentrees are always willing to help and keep us informed. Many thanks.”

“Thank You I would like to thank the staff, especially Shannon and Leah, for helping us with the warranty repairs on our new caravan. Everything is now sorted and working well. Both Shannon and Leah went that extra mile. We have found all the staff at Greentrees to be helpful and accommodating. I just wish we had brought our two previous caravans from Greentrees! Thank You”

“We were unfortunate to need some warranty work carried out on our caravan. Although the van wasn’t purchased from Green trees they arrange with the manufacturer for the warranty work to be carried. We were giving dates to suit us All the work was carried out professionally to a high standard We have now used Green trees three times for servicing as d warranty work all of which have been carried out by what we would regard as a highly profession team All of the staff keep you informed from booking to completion and are always obliging Thank you once again for s first class service”

“Had a new T V arieal fitted on my motorhome and showed me how it works by bringing out a TV to my motorhome to demonstrate the arieal which I thought was a nice touch. Also had the control repaired and all working now so very pleased with Becky and staff for the work they have carried out. Would recommend this firm very highly .”
