Product is great, had a little trouble getting in contact with the customer service. Understood the delay in delivery due to shortages and port delays. But didn’t hear back with emails keeping me updated on the delay for weeks

Ordered a decanter and it came with no top. I’ve tried numerous times to reach the shop and no one responded. Shipping takes way longer than they say and I’d rather never deal with this company again.

The product is great but the order came in 2 weeks after my wedding which was 4 weeks late and when I reached out to customer service about where it was a week prior to the wedding I did not get a response.

We are currently seeing an influx of orders, while also needing to maintain a limited staff due to the pandemic rules. This has put our production teams behind a little. All couriers are also affected as they needed to take extra time to ensure packages are well disinfected prior to delivery

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. Ordered 2 sets of 5 - personalized lighters and flasks for my groomsmen. Orders were placed on 11/30/2021 with a projected lead time of roughly 15 days maximum. On December 18th I wrote them as I never received tracking but I did receive a confirmation on both orders. They wrote back immediately stating they’d get back to me within 24 hours. Never heard another word from them. Now my wedding is Jan 8th and I had to make other arrangements. It is now December 30 and I still have not heard back. Had to file a claim with my credit card and reported the company for fraud. I’d suggest looking anywhere else to order items.

My groomsman received half of the order - He got the monogrammed knife but not the monogrammed beer mug. Very pleased with the knife and he loves it but disappointed the beer mug did not show.

The cufflinks initially came as an incomplete order. I had only received 8 out of the 10 cufflinks ordered. In addition, when the remaining 2 cufflinks arrived, they did not match the other 8 cufflinks in font. The engraving of the initials were also off-centered in most of the cufflinks. I have sent an email to the support team for quick resolution on this issue since our wedding is coming up later this week now but have yet to hear back from them.

Never got the email about it being shipped and a few items had small scuffs and scratches. Other than that, thoroughly impressed with them.

Ordered a set of pilsner glasses for my groomsmen for my wedding. While the order did arrive in a timely manner, 3 of the 7 were shattered into pieces and not wrapped entirely. While I understand Groom shop can't control damage to items in transit, I would least expect a response from the customer service team regarding the matter. I've emailed several times regarding replacements for the broken ones but I have not gotten a response from anyone.
