“It is very unfortunate that I have to give such a low score but I actually never received my order that was supposed to be a gift for my father-n-law on our rehearsal dinner. I was sent tracking and it said it was going to arrive in time and then never did. The tracking never updated properly after that and when I first reached out to customer service I got the run around about getting a refund because it hadn't reached the so call delivery date on my tracking yet even though the original delivery date had already come and gone. It was not until after 2 more emails that I finally got refunded. The entire experience was negative and I would never use nor recommend this company again.”

“I ordered 4. First 2 I pulled out looked great and I was happy. 3rd one I pulled out the name plate was detached from the flask and I had to super glue it back. That obviously makes me worried the others may do the same soon. The 4th I pulled out is missing the funnel which Is the reason I bought the ones I did because filling a flask without the little funnel is extremely difficult. It took a long time to get to me which is not yalls fault but usps is having their own issues which I understand. That being said it built more anticipation to see the gifts I purchased my groomsmen that much more so I was expecting a bit more from everything being intact and all there. Feel free to contact me back because I would appreciate it if you sent me the 4th funnel I'm missing from them.”

“The GroomsShop has some really cool stuff to buy for all sorts of types of guys. But the service they use to ship their orders in TERRIBLE! My shipment is late and my wedding is tomorrow. If buying with them make sure you're placing your orders like 3 months in advance at least!! My package has been sitting in New Jersey since May 5th and its the 21st. Seriously???”

“It’s hard to review something you never received. Not blaming GroomsShop but my order was shipped April 28th and I still didn’t get it. It’s somewhere in NJ. I’m sure the mugs are nice but they never made it in time, for the wedding event. If I knew it would take 4 weeks for shipping I would have paid extra to have it delivered in time”

“I have only received half of my order, I called on Monday 5/18 asking for a shipping update and have not received any follow up information. I'm not satisfied right now with your service. Please advise on the other half of my order.”
