“First shipment of items was rather flawed, the engraving was not deep enough and looked rather horrible. But I reached out to customer service and my order was re-made and it came out great!”

“Placed an order a month in advance of my planned get together to ask my guys to be my groomsmen, that date has come and gone and my order still hasn't arrived. Tried to reach out to get info regarding shipment plan and was basically told to stop emailing as the more I email the longer it will take. Very frustrating, poor communication, put a big damper on a big day to start planning for THE big day”

“My items arrived later than anticipated and the tracking information was confusing the whole way (it was saying my items were moving through locations, but that the carrier had not yet received the item for the entire week before I received the package). When they arrived, the stamp quality on the leather was very poor - not at all as clear and legible as they appeared online. It was almost as if the press didn’t apply enough pressure to make a proper imprint on the leather. Overall, the product was fine, but the quality was very underwhelming based on the quality of the images on the site.”

“I ordered 4 sets of custom-engraved cuff links and on 2 of them, the initials were way off center. Nearly unusable. On top of that, I had paid for premium processing (which guarantees the order leaves within 48 business hours) and it took more like 4 business days. The customer support team was very nice and accommodating- they refunded the cost of the premium processing - but all told the product is not very high quality.”
