GROUPON IS A SCAM. Triple charged my account for one transaction. Bought tickets for a show for my nephew's 3rd bday. Went to the show and Groupon oversold our seats. Literally nowhere to sit. Our family and 5 other families all experienced the overselling of seats and were bunched together at the very back of the venue. Incredibly embarrassing and uncomfortable trying to convince someone they're in your seats when you both paid for the same tickets. Not to mention standing in a big group of people packed with broken hearted children at a show they cant even see. All 6 families had to stand for 3 hours for tickets they charged me 3 times for, and then oversold on top of it all. Management was rude condescending and cold amd refused to do literally anything. Wasted over 6 hours trying to get resolved. They got away with stealing over $600 from me and then we didn't even get to see the show we drove a total of 4 hours to see. That didn't even matter compared to my poor nephew having to stand and not being able to see over the crowds. We could only hold him up for so long. Absolutely cruel cold and careless and groupon management was not only confrontational about the matter but actually had the audacity to tell us we should have turned around and driven (2 hours) home to come back to the show the next day they charged us for! They then used that insult to support their refusal to refund my account for the next days tickets we never ordered, attempted to order, or recieved any type of confirmation for. We were literally ripped off three times for one purchase. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF BUYING TICKETS FROM A CORNER VENDOR THAN FROM GROUPON. Bottom line- STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND UNBELIEVABLY OFFENSIVE STAFF. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. Good day and good luck everyone! Have purchased a number of items from groupon and generally quite happy with what has been received. This is not the case with my most recent buy, A five piece anti drip paint kit that is probably the worst purchase I have ever made anywhere. I followed the instructions and even after numerous attempts to get the paint to flow evenly, I was getting nowhere, then to add fuel to the fire, the extension arms snapped after 30 seconds of use. Now totally frustrated with the product and still got a sitting room roof to emulsion. Not a happy customer.

Ja beauty in Monterey park is permanently closed and sold the business to someone who has no idea about Group on coupons the previous owner had sold. This is a Scam!!! Groupon doesn't even check legitimacy of business before they let them sell the fraud coupons???! So bad...

Horrible. Never going to use their service again. Bought a Mt. Baldy groupon. No way to load it. We bought two passes to the Museum of Illusions. The $63 charge appears on our CC. The voucher is nowhere to be found. Horrible service. Complicated process. My time and money is worth more than this.

They charged me twice for the same purchase I contacted and they said they can't rembols me the amount they charged me the person I talked said they will investigate my issue, but never happened, so be careful when your purchases don't go through wait until the next day cuz if you use another card maybe both they going through. Customer service is HORRIBLE sometimes people from another country they will answer. No more Groupon for me.

Took friends to le chinois in millennium Hotel in Knightsbridge and had to wait about 25 minutes for drinks...tiny portions..when we complained we were told that portions are smaller for Groupon clients!.Hello? I thought this was meant to be good deal?..How did this average restaurant get rosettes?..would never go again...

I purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning of 1,200 sq. ft or 5 rooms with "Steam & Green". "Steam & Green" people showed up and refused to do the service: too many stairs, the job is too difficult, and told me "there's NOTHING we can do for $119" and just left. Groupon refused to deal with it, repeatedly telling me that it's ME who cancelled the service!!!??? Unbelievable

Groupon raised a false accusation of fraud, saying that I created fake accounts to get credits. But all credits were given to me due to Groupon faults. After that, they said the credits were not following their policies. But they gave me credits due to their faults. they canceled my account and stole my money. They stole the credits, I can not longer use. I had to request credit card to block payments otherwise Groupon would also have also stolen money I paid with credit card and they had to refund following their policies. I tried many times and I conclude they really stole my credits. They refuse to give it back. And I almost lost money that they clearly wanted to steal

Do not trust this company! I did not receive everything I payed for. Customer service was only reachable through email, and was the worst ever. This was an awful experience!

Groupon is a artistic scam. Whey do not have a direct line to speak on the phone with a representative if you purchases a Groupon you are screwed and no help at all. You can chat with them through email and no help. They do a bad business try avoid them. I bought a Groupon for hair color paid 100$ for it. A long story short that a ended up to pay in additional 250$ because stupid Groupon did not mention that they advertised only two hours service and next hour you have pay additional. Shame on you Groupon. Eventually they will be out the business soon.

I normally have a great experience with Groupon. I just purchased a Passport Book for Atlanta. The link does work to have it mailed to my house. We tried to go pick it up at the address listed but the address didn’t exist. I have tried for two day’s to get a hold of customer support but have been unable to. They no longer have a number to talk to a person nor do they have an email address for support. When you use the suggested customer support it states we are experiencing a higher volume than normal. I have tried for two days.

would not touch with a broken barge… would not touch with a broken barge pole !!!! made a purchase over 3 weeks ago no correspondence until I CONTACTED then suddenly the item was dispatched ! but guess what should have been 4 x parcels delivered SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUT ONLY 3 arrived when contacting groupon first they attempted to lie regarding have a supervisor or manager on site then attempted to tell they could not contact the delivering courier to find the missing parcel so item is totally useless and now there telling me it will take 3 working days complete utter joke will defiantly never use again nor recommend

Groupon is a crook! I bought tickets for a tour, showed up and there wasn’t a tour. I immediately informed Groupon not even 10minutes after the start time. Here I am over 2 weeks later and I don’t have have my money back, nor a return phone call. Just a bunch of automatic emails from people in foreign countries. I am utterly disgusted that Groupon was able to receive my purchase so easily, however make you go through hell and hot water to go back and forth with them via email. Is it really that hard to call and talk to your customers? It’s like your avoiding people because you know you do bad business!

Purchased tickets to a show in February which now I find out I am unable to attend. Contacted customer service and asked if they can issue me credit for this purchase and use another time. They were unable to grant my request. This makes the second time customer support has left me dissatisfied. I will no longer be using Groupon for anything in the future!

Groupon voucher stated if I change my mind after consultation I can get a refund. Groupon won’t refund me money and is only offering Groupon credit. No where in the voucher terms and conditions did it say Groupon credit would be refunded. They are scam artists, they refund you in credit so your money stays in Groupon.

I bought a ticket to Radio City Music Hall Rockette's . I ended up with 3 tickets due to the fact that I couldn't tell that a ticket had been purchased. I contacted Groupon , they refunded 2 tickets. The seats were full next to me @ the show . There were no empty seats. Today, December 30th , they took the money out of my account for 2 tickets . They made extra money. They sold my extra tickets and rebilled my account for those tickets well after the show. Customer service leaches.
