Very bad customer service and I found most of their offers are fake and everything I have ordered from there was something wrong. I will not recommend them.

1 star is too much here, Never again, constantly told lies from live chat and on the phone and emails, supposed to be a 1 week delivery, ordered in plenty time to get this for xmas and promised on the phone it would be here, now it wont arrive till January, customer service is terrible, 1st time customer, definitely not be ordering again

ordered a mattress took weeks to come then it wasn't the mattress I ordered. Want to give you a credit note when you don't want nothing to do with the company what a laugh.

Various products, often available online for similar or cheaper price but with free delivery. Some products great value,,arrive promptly; other products poor quality a/o don’t arrive at all! Most frustratingly the ‘Contact us’ is not easy to find at all. When you do find it under your orders, it’s then pot luck if you get a responsive efficient representative or a couldn’t care less rep who expects the customer to chase the courier that (allegedly) delivered the missing products. Not really customer service is it? Unimpressed. Very unlikely to order from Groupon again, feel my fingers were burned!

Never will we deal with groupon again! We bought a sams club membership thru them. Money was taken oit of our account. But nothing more after that. We've been trying to get our membership number and its impossible. $30 down the drain. Customer service is a nightmare. Never again!!

I contacted Groupon on October 27 in regards to an issue with a Groupon Getaway to Las Vegas. I did not receive a response from a supervisor until December 14 and this is only after including Groupon's CEO, COO and VP. I bought a groupon to the Luxor for a 2 night stay for my husband's birthday, large because of the price of the groupon. Groupon even sent me a confirmation email in regards to the reservation, however the day I showed up at the hotel they could not find my reservation. Once I contacted groupon, I was told that there was an "inventory issue", but "no worries since we didn't charge your card". So instead what happened is that the hotel ended up charging me a total of $329.93 since they had to ask their manager to do what's called a "walk in" to get us a room since they told us that they were sold out, and I had to go through the stress of thinking I wasn't going to have a place to stay. Now I understand that the resort fees would have been $79.36, so with the groupon price I should have only had to pay $182.54. I asked groupon to issue me a refund of the difference which is $147.39. At the end of the day, this was not my error. I NEVER received an email from groupon letting me know that my reservation was not booked nor that there was an issue with my reservation. On the contrary, you guys sent me an email confirmation with a groupon order number so I had no reason to believe that it had not gone thru. In addition, we had at least 3 other parties within our group that booked it with no problem(us being the first), so frankly I don't believe that it could have been an inventory issue. You guys cost me almost $150 because of your incompetence and lack of follow-up. On top of everything, I could not get anyone respond to me within a reasonable time frame. The emails sent to me said it would be 48 hours for a response, but I never heard anything from anyone in those time frames ever. I had to keep reaching out after I was told a supervisor would contact me and didn't even get a response until I copied the CEO, COO and VP of the company. Even then still, there was no attempt to offer me anything to try and rectify this problem. If i could give zero stars, I would. Will never use groupon again.

I called A Regal Limos to utilize my Groupon for their service. The person who answered the phone asked me many questions about the reservation. When I said I had a Groupon to use, she abruptly explained that all of their limos have been sold and to contact Groupon for a refund. Keep in mind my Groupon was still active and not expired. I then went on the chat option with a CSR from Groupon who told me that my Groupon was too old for a refund and they could give me trade in credit. I explained that this is not what I wanted, and that I wanted a refund. The CSR abruptly refunded me and ended the chat. The refund was sent to a bank that the card is closed and I do not have any business with. Now I’m in Groupon hell because they keep saying that the bank can now refund me. Complete Scam! $110 out of pocket because of a scam with A Regal Limo and Groupon. I think it’s really notable that Groupon just added a new deal with A Regal as well. Obviously neither company has ethical standards. I’ll never do business with Groupon again.

I wish i could give NO STARS, because i would love to. I never had a problem ordering with them and returning a product. But i exchanged an item and the item i sent back never made it back to their warehouse but i was held responsible for the item after a month of dropping it off to the post office. I was told to deal with the USPS, go to USPS and was told that Groupon had to issue the complaint. After 4 days of going back and fourth, being called a liar about being charged and threats of calling my lawyer i was FINALLY issued a refund. After a customer shows proof of being charged and proof of the item being dropped off to be returned, it should be any more questions besides issue a refund and go through the USPS insurance to get the lost money

Be careful there are a lot of fake deals. Besides, the customer services are terrible. One day I ordered item and after 10min I noticed the currency was USD instead of CAD which made the price higher than the usual so I called the customer service they kept me in a call for 30min then they hang up on me and at the same time they sent an email we can’t return your item. So I tried to register a complain for what the agent did but didn’t get any help or response so I closed my account.

Never had problems in past with groupon. This time I order a necklace that was customized. I purchased it and was confused on how to put what I want on necklace. My email said number is not redemption code. I have to copy to find number. Went to web site they gave me and they had order form with original price with no space to put any codes in. I tried to cancel order and they said this order could not be cancelled. It would have been nice if someone could have talked to me but no one answered phone. Just said to go to customer support which told me to read instructions.. Now I'm stuck with a $29.00 necklace which is garbage to me. My credit card co. told me to call back on Monday and they will cancel order...Very very frustrating when nobody will help you through it.

I have ordered two items now from Groupon and both times these haven’t arrived. I had to chase this up with several unanswered emails and now have been offered a refund with no explanation of how this has happened other than it may have been “lost in transit “

I ordered 4 tickets to the zoo and only got three. They REFUSED to refund my last ticket and I eventually had to dispute with my credit card company. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I told them I’m going to end up disputing the charge and they literally just said go ahead. Like, what the heck? If you can’t provide a service, don’t take money for it!

Forever forest in Egg Harbor New Kersey is truly a spectacular event. ! No need to take the kids to the Pilot Express check out this enchanting village in New Jersey! We really had a ball the magic sleigh was awesome and the Santa shop magical! We had mad so much fu. With the elves and the holiday happy carols. I give this place six stars as the was a wonderful experience. The owners are very hospitable and friendly we all went home with a holiday tree and happy vibes. I ordered a bag on Groupon. When I finished processing the payment, a voucher.was sent to me and I followed the instructions to redeem the voucher. Next I was directed to another website which is VFOX, I was instructed to pay a $6.99 for shipping and handling which I paid. After one month of not receiving the bag I contacted the company, I was told they did not ship the item, because they’re very busy with orders. I find that to be very suspicious so, I contacted Groupon and received absolutely no help. They kept telling me someone will follow up with an email and no one did. Groupon customer service is very unprofessional. Also I ordered a blue toy for a boy from Groupon and they sent a pink I wrote a review on the item and they blocked the review. I am taking this app off my phone for good. Never again.

Gave 30day free trial and after I canceled I was still billed for the next month on the first day they billed me I contacted them via live tx of course and was told they wouldn’t refund my $5 guess they needed it worse than me if they do this to thousands of ppl tho guess how much they are stealing from consumers what a bunch of thieves BEWARE GROUPON IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY

We booked this holiday through groupon, as a tour package called 777.. actual COST $777 each X3 We live in Sydney, but booked Melbourne to China, even though we'd have to pay for domestic flights too, as Sydney was sold out, but we thought it'd be worth it as the deal was so cheap. We contacted SNA many times to find out the actual day the flight leaves, always they said, we're not Sure probably 7th or 8th November. Finally we get confirmation after months of calling, that the flight is on the 8th Nov, and flights always leave in the afternoon around 4 to 5 pm so you'd be safe to get there about 12-1pm Many times we asked SNA to send confirmation of tickets to both adults emails we originally gave, as the phone with one of the email addresses is shattered, and we're locked out of the email, as we don't have email password nor original phone number, they continuously ignored our request to do so. After they confirmed the flights for 8th Nov in July /Aug, we booked flights melbourne, for the 7th.. and hotel. Two months after they confirmed the flights for 8th Nov, a women from SNA, called me in Sept, and said, "sorry, your travel dates have been changed for the 7th of November, i started bawling my eyes out, crying "but you told us that it's definitely the 8th of Nov, and we've already booked domestic flights to melbourne for the 7th, and hotel.. Eventually she got back and said, 'yes it's ok your flights are now confirmed for the 8th again" I asked, where is the tickets, I've given you the correct email address 6 times, still we received nothing That's when I really started to panic and called groupon, in October, telling them of the situation, how I feel they can't be trusted, changing dates and ignoring both our request for plane tickets ect to be sent to correct email.. Groupon didn't care less, stating the vouchers had been redeemed in August already by merchant, no refund allowed This is where it gets really ugly... The morning of the 8th Nov, I called SNA from the melbourne Hotel, panicking, pleading, "where's our tickets, we've still not received them, he said" your flights have just left, 9am" I cried we were told the flight leaves around 4-5pm!" He said," your tickets were sent to you via email, in October.. I started bawling," nooo you didn't send them, I don't have them, you've made a mistake, and the flights we were told always leave in the afternoon, around 4-5 pm latest" He asked, who told you this, I told him his name, and stated 'he even said he confirmed with a supervisor "he argued," no he didn't.. a woman then took my call and told us to go straight to the airport and explain what happened to the airline, China Southern Airlines.. When we got to the airline, we were told by the manager of China Southern, "we can't help you, its our policy, no show no go, we can't arrange another flight, even if there are vacant seats because, its against our policy, call the travel agency..by now we are all bawling our eyes out, trying to explain what SNA had done, but this Chinese man was so cold he didn't CARE, continuing to tell us, "I can't help!" . The agency called back, he, the supervisor said, you're just trying to blame someone, the tickets were sent your email address in October... "I had a nervous breakdown,, then and there, and kept repeating, but you didn't send them to the correct email address if you even sent them at all" he then hung up. My young son was on the floor bawling his eyes out.. a help desk referred us to a team of 2 who worked for airport, who help people in crises, to negotiate on their behalf with airlines... But they said China Southern are worst to deal with, ruthless, and have left the office.They then organised for jetstar to change our return flight to Sydney ASAP. Next flight avail was following day, 12.30 pm. We slept at airport overnight, 30 hours waiting to get home, from a trip to no where, all of us devastated. Total cost lost, $6000+. Visas, passports, hotel, domestic flights, taxis to and from airports, and over 2300 lost through groupon, I can't believe I trusted them after already one bad experience with a merchants false advertisement in groupon, which they refused to remove from their site even after I show them evidence of this illegal advertisement. Don't trust them, groupon, nor the merchant SNA... when groupon were notified, they asked for details of Events, total expenses lost, dockets ect, to be sent via email to groupon customer support, but before I had the chance to send anything they sent an email saying, not our responsibility, take it up with merchant your tickets were already redeemed in August this year. When I asked groupon, "why didn't you wait for details of events like you asked?", they sent practically the same previous email.. When I then threatened to go to media or lawyer, they replied, "go to third party, we'll tell them the same thing" We've all been so depressed for three weeks now, as we saved for this trip for years and lost it all, we feel totally scammed by groupon for ruining what was meant to be, the holiday of a life time for my small family.
