They refuse to give a refund even though the only reason I requested one was because I lost my job due to coronavirus. The merchant is also shut down due to the virus so I can't even use it and groupon has essentially stolen my money at this point. Despicable behaviour during a global crisis. I will never use them again!!!!

Do not fall for it! If it sounds too good to be true it is. I tried to cancel an order within 3 hours because I changed my mind. They refused and said it already shipped. Yeah, right. On a Sunday night during the coronavirus 3/22. BS. I hope I can warn others to buy elsewhere. Groupon is a big mistake!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not give you any type of refund for the hotel you’re not able to use because of COVID-19. Profiting off of people during this time is SICKENING.

Groupon customer service is appalling. Always curt and pushy often rude and quite frankly only interested in fobbing you off. They seem to take no interest or responsibility for what is being offered on their site. Ebay have robust and responsive processes in place, Groupon couldn't give a fig. I have only tried to purchase once through Groupon and it will be my last.

Absolutely a reap off site. Pay money for vouchers and then go through the most complicated way of redeeming them. They are obviously hope it put people of completing the reservation. Don’t use this company!

They said they were being flexible, what with this pandemic going on. Customer service is the worst, they give you the run around and no actual help. So basically we are out the money we paid for our trip.

When we are told by the government not to travel Groupon still expect you to go on your holiday and as I am disabled and my mum elderly. I'm told I can't have my money back and nothing they can do. My holiday is Ato protected and told by foreign office not allowed to travel. When I said this to Groupon my chatted ended. Be warned when things go wrong you will have a fight to get your money back. Shocking unprofessional experience. I will never use them again

I am so tired of buying a groupon paying thru Paypal only to find taxes & shipping are added on after I paid. Also it can get so confusing trying to use your voucher once you have paid. I spent half a day today with no success as the company would not accept my voucher. I demanded a refund & closed my account. Not worth it!!!!!

MARIE TORRES: Issue: Groupon Goods Return Policy Order#: 1334281303 Deal concerned: gg-cm-professional-strength-hair-supplement-for-women Line Item UUID: aa2282f6-6586-11ea-a8cd-0025909807da Country Code: US Hi I need this to be escalated to a manager due to the customer service representative not complying. Yesterday, 18March2020, I received two bottles of this Bosley product and both have a manufacturing date of July 2018 (see attached photos). According to good manufacturing practices in the US, supplements of this kind lose potency after 2 years which means the expiry is in in July 2020. There are 60 capsules in each bottle with the instructions to take 1 per day. This means if I started taking 1 per day yesterday, then I will be taking the pills from the 2nd bottle well into July 2020. Today I was told by customer service representative named Naledi M. that she will not send me a replacement bottle due to the group on policy of no refunds for this type of product. I read the policy and it also states that if the product is defective, then it can be returned or replaced. I consider this to be defective because you can't sell a drug product that is going to be utilized (taken orally) if it is going to be expired during usage. The first bottle will just make it by the expiry date if taken as directed starting yesterday but the 2nd bottle will not. Do not order from Groupon. I at first purchased a voucher from them and was unable to use it due to various circumstances (travel, coronavirus), and I then told them that I had closed my credit card so I was unable to get the refund. I requested that they allow me to update my bank details, and they said no. I think this is unacceptable. They didn't even give me another option.

Beware, don't order items like toilet paper from Groupon as you probably will not receive them. I ordered from Groupon because I didn't want to be one of those people that are clearing the shelves in supermarkets. I ordered over a week ago and the order tracking only got as far as preparing to ship. I suspect they have been stolen and have asked Groupon to investigate but I don't hold out any hope of ever receiving them. I stopped using Groupon some time ago for similar reasons but decided to give them another go recently but of the 4 orders I have placed with them so far, I have only received two of those orders. So only a 50% success rate of actually receiving your order - disgraceful!

Please everyone do not buy anything on Groupon. Its not worth it. If you buy something from them, they will outomatiyly save your card number and charge you for something that you did not buy. They took over $1400 out of my account without my authorization and refuse to refund it. They did not even bother to email me the receipt. I was shocked when i saw the charge on my credit card statement. I asked them to give me Groupon's complain department phone number but they refused to give me. Can someone please provide me with Groupon's complaint department phone number? I need to call and talk to someone from the complain department.

Spoke on live chat about a refund that had not come through. They just said they would pass it on to a supervisor who who look at it. That was the 3rd time of me contacting them and no o-one has replied to my emails a week later. Terrible service.

There is no such thing as customer service. Everything is automated. Beyond frustrating. I would rather pay more money knowing if there's an issue with a product I can speak to a human being.

I ordered toilet paper as I could not find any in the shop promised 24 hours would find out a dispatch date they have taken my money out of my account it’s been a week I sent two emails they don’t even have the decency to reply I paid £32 reading the reviews I am worried now DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

please everyone don't buy anything from Groupon. Do not put your credit card information on their website. Groupon took over $1400 out of my account with out my authorization and they are refusing to refund it. I have sent several emails asking them to refund the money back to my account and provide me with Groupon's complain department phone number but they refused to help me. This is so wrong.

Purchased a package for two at a gun range in Birmingham. Only to not recieve what I was buying, they took the money out my account(I have proof) I emailed customer support only to be told to do 100 things(to prove I bought it) and no solution was made..I'll NEVER attempt to do business with GROUPON again..me or my fraternity will never use this again.
