This is a review of the online service NOT the counter service who in Poole are exceptional. Very difficult to use the online shop, especially in my case where I had ordered a part and tried to make up the extra by buying something else to get me to the £25 free delivery. That was the most time consuming exercise and I gave up affter going round in circles. The main problem would be that the item I selected didn't seem to give clear indication of eligibility for free delivery... a simple explaination on the page would help. However, the help lines were helpful and courteous, but I think even they became confused. The worst problem and my reason for low rating has been that the delivery didn't make it the next day. This was critical to me for my plans, in the end it cost me quite a loss of income. It did arrive the following day. Information came through from the delivery company, they were very good, but the GSF part wasn't given to them until it was too late.

Bought a 10l pack of Drivetec Adblue that supposedly came with a spout. It didn't. Ever tried pouring out of a heavy 10l bottle. Don't falsely describe items Price was good though hence 2 stars

Emailed me asking 'Hi "GSF Car Parts \u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\,' Not a great start. Stuff on the website is had to see what is locally avalibale just mail orders. But at least everything fits.

Delivery was 2 days outside there advertised time. Ordered on Wednesday delivered the following Tuesday. Quite poor nowadays

I was disappointed in how long it took to deliver, I was given a delivery date and it never arrived , I know I opted free std delivery , but it was less than 3 miles from me.

The website was great and found the correct part (a car battery) for my vehicle. Chose to order on tthe site on the basis that the delivery was on Tuesday. Delivery didn't happen, chased Wednesday and Thursday, part arrived on Friday and staff had no real information on what was happening. When the battery turned up, it was great and the car was back on the road, but we did need the car when waiting for delivery. Shame.

Because any "offer" via the website is "unavailable" via "GSF" website, or whoever may be offering "gsf-car-parts/company) your services on your behalf. Which is very intersting as, even though "click and collect" payment is not made untill collected in person at which time, the "online offer" is NOT accepted as "part of your counter trading agreement" !!! Which is confusing, as the whole point of any trading offer is one of a "valid offer to treat" !! accepted by one's of the acceptance "by reward and/or consideration" by "THE OFFER" An offer is ‘an expression of willingness to contract on certain terms, made with the intention that it shall become binding as soon as it is accepted by the person to whom it is addressed.’

Wrong part (again). Returns are a real pain, I either have to drive 40mins to a store or print out a return form and post at my own expense.

Purchased the Dellonda camping fridge entirely on the misleading description. Clearly states the fridge comes with a 230v adapter for home use. IT DOES NOT. Only the 12v as expected. I should have known better. Its my own fault for trusting these barrow boys.

After numerous attempts to get delivery details corrected parcels still go to 1 Ferniehill street once again thankfully delivery driver was on the ball and seen my leave at 1 Ferniehill way and got delivered this time doubtful I will use again as it’s a complete pair calling and trying to sort out all depts have been blamed but still wrong postal delivery address on every delivery note / label

Ordered 4 items and paid for next day delivery. Only 2 items arrived next day. Had to buy the missing goods in state as they were needed. Not had my next day delivery refunded yet. Poor service really. 3 phone calls needed.

Battery damaged in transit and returned by UPS, no communication from GSF, only discovered this when enquiring about order delivery being overdue. No more in stock, refund offered but still had to claim through PayPal as refund was not received.
