Ordered a fly wheel it turned up in just a open card bords box the box was ripped because the flywheel has been getting smashed around contacted gsf they said they would get back to me but haven't heard a thing

so I ordered a battery. After a week I called and the man said it was lost. When he placed the new order I asked to receive tracking information and as yet I have received nothing. I have no idea of my order is on its way

GSF site said the track rod ends were compatible with my vehicle. I had intended to use the typical method of counting the turns of the old ones and repeating for the new. The 'compatible' ones where 4mm shorter. Now had spend out on getting the steering reset. Very poor - beware.

I like GSF and Peterborough branch is good. But when I order online I never receive an invoice and I always have to request one. It's getting really annoying.

Was given the wrong part, but can't complain too much as I was offered the correct part (which turned out not to be in stock) and then a refund so I could buy it somewhere else.

Part I looked up on gsf site and ordered didn't fit my car. I waited it to arrive from Germany I picked up went to replace the part they were very different

I did not receive and email confirming my order. I arrived to pick up my order, four operatives sitting at their desks doing various tasks. Two people in the queue in front of me, one obviously known to the staff as he was chatting about various car issues, rather than dealing in what he came for. The person who dealt with me was, professional and efficient and I did receive my order quickly once I reached the front of the queue. I point out only one of the four dealt with counter issues, the other three just sat at their desks. The items Iboicked up were brake wear sensors, one of these was faulty and I have had to purchase another set elsewhere to prep my vehicle for an MOT, your ordering system is to slow ie three days to get what is a basic part during a brake pad change.

Wrong part given at point of click and collect, meaning I wasted my time with the collection and in the end I had to buy the part from somewhere else at a higher price so it can be fitted on time.

Description of product was different on website than original product. Product ordred was a higher specifications wehereas product given was with low specifications.

The prices are excellent that’s why I will continue to order from them, unfortunately there delivery service is terrible both h orders I have made have been lost and customer service couldn’t even track where they were! So they did eventually come but days later..

When I arrived to the shop for collection, besides the waiting time, they told me that the one part is not in stock and I can buy a different one, obviously without the online discount.

Unfortunately, failed this time. Placed an order for collection. Got the email to say it's ready. Went next day and they couldn't find the item. Had to go back the following day to get it.

Not very good to be honest Had to wait 18 day for a 2 to 3 day delivery And then only one of the two item arrived in the end I had to just go to the shop and pick it up

well packaged of dash cam were not sealed and were clearly missing some parts while customer service were just hiding behind some formalities that ruined whole experience. While price/deal and postage were good- buying and paying for shipping of missing bits offset it.

Was meant to be delivered on a Tuesday. Came Fri. And some of the parts did not fit my car. So I then had to send back. I am waiting for a refund
