“Unless it is an emergency, I will not be using again. Burgess Hill shop closed 20mins earlier than dvertised and Banbury store gave me concentrated coolant instead of ready mixed, which I only noticed after I had put 3.5L in the car. I had to syphon it out. When I submit a complaint to their chat bot they say I will be emailed with a ticket, nothing came through on email, no contact at all. I'll stick with Euro Car Parts.”

“I order front brake pads online and I get them from the store with front brake disc as well and am taxi driver and that was Friday so after I took the car to garage and take everything off and fit the new parts we found the pads it's for rear and the store was closed so waste my time and I wait tell Saturday and they said we have to order them from Crawley. BTW when I went to collect the parts I ask to check this the right pads and everything he yes”

“I ordered brake pads and discs for my car over a week ago. I've received an oil filter and oil for the wrong car. I've had email discussions and the main concern from the agent was when they could collect the items that were sent to me by mistake. No mention of getting what I paid for sent to me. I then spoke to someone on the phone(when I managed to get the number), and they were apologetic and refunded my next day delivery charge. Also, they were going to order the correct items for me. Allowing for the bank holiday, I still have had no confirmation that what I ordered has been dispatched. So I still don't have my brakes. ☚ī¸”
