Placed an order and 13 days later still never received a dispatch email or anything, I emailed the company numerous times to keep getting a generic email that says please wait 5 more days. I waited 5 more days sent another email and then got the same generic email. I emailed again and asked for a refund to be sent the same email again saying wait 5 days im so angry about the whole thing. You can't call customer service as it says the line is closed so all you can do is email. Im now out of pocket for Christmas with no delivery and no refund I don't know how they can do this to their customers. “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed my order on the 19th of November, no note on the website to say they are experiencing severe delays on processing orders. On the 3rd of December I called customer service for the 2nd time and was told it would be another couple of days before my order was processed. I said I might as well cancel the order, went on to ask how I could make contact with their marketing team, the call ended abruptly. Without my confirmation my whole order was cancelled after having waited 3 weeks for an update alone. I called back the customer service rep went on to make up an ending to our call which did not happen. I gave no authority for my order to be cancelled, Joanne who dealt with my query was obviously looking to make my experience worse and went ahead and cancelled my order without ANY approval from me whatsoever.”
“I HIGHLY recommend from ordering elsewhere!! I was really looking forward to ordering from them, until I read from their website that not only do YOU need to pay return shipping if you’re doing an exchange/return, but also, if YOU receive FAULTY items. That didn’t sit right with me and clearly others, as well. (Shipping to the UK is AT LEAST $60 minimum if you live anywhere in the states)
Another thing– if you send your items back for a refund, it also, states YOU will be deducted the PREVIOUS postage paid.. so not only are YOU paying to send them back, but YOU are also, paying for the postage that THEY sent originally… ($60 + $60).
Lastly, what really sent RED FLAGS, was when I asked about the size chart, because my measurement ratios had me in different sizes and also, the weird fact that I am the same size as the model but yet she’s in an 8 & it’s showing me nearly double that. Here’s how that “support” went: “we recommend going by the size chart.” Obv!! I had clearly stated I did & explained by confusion. Then, it was just read and ignored when I tried to even reiterate it. My emails– IGNORED.
Bottom line: Buy from GymKing, IF you don’t mind sh**y customer service & being SCREWED OVER.👌🏻
