Product quality is fine. Customer service is poor. Order was short supplied, raised with GD and they blamed their courier with no eta on a resolution as their couriers "accounts manager" was investigating. Have requested replacement products or refund but judging by other reviews, it looks like it will be easier to lodge a formal complaint and go from there. Initial customer service response was less than 1hr, after I requested a refund or replacement product, GDcsyopped replying.

They contract their deliveries to Border Express, who delivered to the wrong address with no tracking. Please use a competent courier in the future.

I placed a order on the 26/1/22 for a half commercial stability ball which was supposed to be a birthday present in early February. Had to pay $45 for courier delivery because it weighed approximately 6kg. I thought it would only take two weeks being courier delivered but it didn’t turn up after three weeks. So I rang Gym Direct on Wednesday 16/2/22 to inquire about my delivery. They said they would get back to me the next day- this did not happen. So I rang on the Friday and they said they would get back to me and they didn’t. It’s now 21/2/22- AND STILL NO DELIVERY. I just want what I’ve paid for and some customer service would be appreciated. NOT HAPPY

Quick to take your money. From that point on the whole experience was VERY disappointing. Extremely poor customer service and extremely slow dispatch and delivery. I was given conflicting information every time I made contact to chase up my delivery. I won't ever be buying from this company again.

Ordered an in-stock bench, two weeks later received an email that it had been dispatched. Over a week later it still had not arrived, check tracking number and said it had delivered before it was dispatched. Contacted customer service and explained situation and said they would look into it and would "call you back before lunch tomorrow". Close of business the following day, still no call. Contacted customer service again to find out where the bench is, only to find out it is not in stock. So nearly a month on from ordering and paying for an in-stock item and no product delivered. Would have ordered elsewhere if I knew this was the case, pretty disappointing service as a whole.

I placed my order in January 11th and still have not received the goods. Lots of excuses about couriers etc but just not good enough. To make matters worse straight after I placed my order they launched a 15% off discount on all items. So still no goods and no offer of 15% discount for the delays. Poor customer service

Only 2 of 3 the items I ordered were delivered (see photo). The olympic bar bell I ordered was not delivered and still nowhere to be seen almost two months after I ordered it. Poor communication and this still remains unresolved. Ordered 20kg weight plates but was only advised weeks after ordering that they were out of stock and had to be replaced for another item. Really frustrating experience.

After ordering NT item, I was sent a notice of how to track the shipment. What a joke. The tracker appears to be a random date generator. At first, for 4-5 days, it would just give the next day as "expected delivery date". For the past 5 days it has given the same date as "expected delivery date". Today is February 4. When I checked a few minutes ago, the delivery date listed was (as it has been for the past 4 days) January 31! So even though they know it hasn't been delivered they still tell me it's expected 4 days ago! Terrible.

Kept getting email updates with another users tracking details. Order arrived but stinks of cigarette smoke. At first I thought it was the courier but the smoke smell is on the weights wrapped in plastic. Gave me a headache.

I haven’t received my item despite of numerous follow ups. Gym Direct have partnered with Border Express who have a reputation of not delivering, misplacing or delivering damage items. Please read their reviews on google. Not a happy customer here!

Full of promise but doesn't deliver. I had to make repeated phone calls to get a status on the order but no response when requested. It's a shame. The delivery company 'Border Express' is even worse. Never again!!!

We have been pushing hard to get our product out as quickly as possible and are working on improving our communications so that customers know what's happening with their orders. Delivery was continuously delayed then we received weights instead for a treadmill then another lengthy wait for the treadmill.
