“Wonderful experience with Gym Direct. The customer service was outstanding, as they constantly kept me up to date on my order, and made sure that not only it arrived on time, but faster than I usually get my online products. “Not happy at all. After purchasing a squat rack on their eBay site I was contacted a few days later and offered a refund as that particular set up was now discontinued. I then ordered a Muscle Motion bench via their website and when it came none of the washers that were meant to be included were there. Frustratingly I then had to go to the local hardware and purchase these separately. The bench is actually pretty poor quality so I’d recommend going elsewhere”

“Direct customer service via email was great. The product was good quality, value for money, and received promptly. But you send WAAAAAYYY too many marketing emails, especially considering that most people don't buy gym equipment every day. It actually got quite irritating and is not doing your brand any favours.”
