“They contract their deliveries to Border Express, who delivered to the wrong address with no tracking. Please use a competent courier in the future.”

“The product is good, sturdy. Service is ok, except pick up procedure. Overengineered and at the end of the day useless, because when you come to pick up the order on agreed date and time, after all this hassle with reserving available spots etc the order is not waiting you there, the storeman still has to go and find it in the warehouse. You still has to go to the office find there someone to help you organize that pick up. So no really any advantage in Covid safety as well.”

“Good quality and easy to deal with. Only small thing is that the delivery tracking info sent out was incorrect and confusing - I got multiple emails with the wrong tracking link. A short phone call clarified this but it'd help to fix the system that sends the emails.”

“I placed a order on the 26/1/22 for a half commercial stability ball which was supposed to be a birthday present in early February. Had to pay $45 for courier delivery because it weighed approximately 6kg. I thought it would only take two weeks being courier delivered but it didn’t turn up after three weeks. So I rang Gym Direct on Wednesday 16/2/22 to inquire about my delivery. They said they would get back to me the next day- this did not happen. So I rang on the Friday and they said they would get back to me and they didn’t. It’s now 21/2/22- AND STILL NO DELIVERY. I just want what I’ve paid for and some customer service would be appreciated. NOT HAPPY”

“Quick to take your money. From that point on the whole experience was VERY disappointing. Extremely poor customer service and extremely slow dispatch and delivery. I was given conflicting information every time I made contact to chase up my delivery. I won't ever be buying from this company again.”

“Ordered a pair of weight plates that took 3 weeks to be processed and dispatched. The plates arrived after almost 4 weeks greasy, dirty and poorly made compared to other weights I have bought elsewhere. Would not buy again from this seller.”
