Kinda lied to me that they oversold the product. Wouldnt mind waiting 2 months for it. But wish they were honest instead of giving me 3 dates ill recieve my order

Initial customer service great. Wonderful interaction. Then nothing for weeks. Only being spammed promo emails daily. Then my chasing up progress gets a waved off. Then I have to get shitty 2 weeks after and only THEN after every excuse in the book suddenly its on a truck next day. THEN it sits with the courier for another day because you stipulate they must ring us first. But you don't give them a number. And you don't answer them when they call. I'm curious how do you think you went. Is this just a daily thing for you and the norm? I was so looking forward to ordering the rest of the gym equipment to kit out our garage gym but how could I possibly go through you guys again knowing how the Initial purchase went? It really cheapened the first interaction and the excitement of it all. The dumbells are good though. So well done on that.

Well, I seached for half round foam rollers and on the website all this pictures came up of rollers that you can't tell if they are half round or full size. Since I searched for half round rollers I assumed they were. Now I have a roller I can't use.....

I ordered a 1.5cm thick exercise mat. Picked it up and it was extremely thin. I queried them as to it's thickness and was told that was what I ordered. Went home found the picture attached to the order and it was the wrong thickness. This was a Friday. I called to see if I could return it on Sat and get the correct one and was told ...yes. Upon checking the website, discovered they are NOT open on Saturdays. A hurried trip followed with a picture of the mat and finally the correct one was provided. The mat is fine, the service is not! Will not buy here again.

Normally very happy with the service and products. Didn’t have a great experience recently - went in store to purchase, was give the wrong product (even though I asked for the right one) and only found out when I got home. Was told I would be sent the replacement product, then told I had to come in again which made it a 2 hour round trip. Not particularly happy

Shipping despatch wasn't as fast as advertised - 5 business days - although I understand they are busy. Order then arrived next business day after despatch which is good (to Sydney). Floor mats arrived damaged. Bench wasn't as advertised in the description. The PU weight plates are great though.

The 10 set and barbells appeared to be in stock when I purchased. On time of sending was told 1 set was out of stock . When order arrived 3 sets where missing or out of stock.nothing was said about the extra sets not being there. So I hope they are really all on backorder as was mentioned after I had to ask the question .

Was a easier transaction on the website and was shipped quickly, however one of the two packages got lost which is not gym direct's fault but I emailed them regarding it and got no response. Also a few days later one of the items went on sale and I tried to email again regarding some kind of price guarantee, again no replies. Otherwise great products and great value.

After making an order with Gym direct I was really impressed that they contacted me to make sure my items were correct as it didn’t match the weight bar I ordered. After correcting the issue it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. After contacting the team twice!!! Finally after I contacted them a final time they sent my item and it arrived the next day. Even though they had mentioned there was a problem on their end. No apology or anything was received. Pretty disappointed

Gets the job done but not sure how long it will last. The rubber around the hole on the rubber plate is dodgy.

Mat was very thin and inferior to existing ones we have. Dumbbell rack spacing is too close to individually take out hex weights without removing the weights above and below. Too much hassle to try and send back

Hi Charles, We do apologize for the Freight that took a little longer than usual with AUS Post, we can see you ordered on the 21 of Jan for a pre-order item that can take a week to get to our warehouse which you agreed upon when making the order, it was then dispatched on the 31st of Jan and arrived on the 3rd of Feb, as you agreed on the pre-order this is standard for a pre-order delivery, again we do apologize and look to improve this in the future. Not happy at all. After purchasing a squat rack on their eBay site I was contacted a few days later and offered a refund as that particular set up was now discontinued. I then ordered a Muscle Motion bench via their website and when it came none of the washers that were meant to be included were there. Frustratingly I then had to go to the local hardware and purchase these separately. The bench is actually pretty poor quality so I’d recommend going elsewhere

From the time of order I was sent emails with incorrect information regarding shipment details, once item was received I opened it only to find it damaged, I made contact product support and received a reply 3 days later, issue was resolved with a partial refund in a timely manner. Don’t think I will be purchasing any further items from Gym Direct in the future.
