Staff incompetent had to keep pushing for my repair to be completed it took 5 week to fit a Diesel watch strap on collection it was fitted the wrong way round (simple job) a fool could complete worst ever company stay well clear and dont trust them with your jewellery

You get what you pay for with this jewellers....they sell complete rubbish. Faulty catches on necklaces, stones falling out of rings, metal going off colour and tarnished. No interest in repairing faulty goods which shouldn't be faulty after such a short time after purchase. Keep your money in your pocket and use a reputable, upmarket jewellers, and not this shower of budget brand cowboys.

Manager is a rude and blunt woman and was offered no support or help or even advice during my visit. Wont be back.

Got a watch online from another retailer but they mixed up the measurements. I took into the Lincoln branch and they made sure I knew it would cost £20 to adjust. Went ahead and in the end they did not charge me as I had bought from them before. Service was spot on.

Collected new watch ,which I had to order On getting home discovered it’s needs anew battery.Very disappointed. Very poor experience.Would never use again

I visit the store in Prospect Centre Hull as i was in search of an eternity ring My store assistant Lorraine went above and beyond I found the perfect ring Sadly Prospect Centre didnt have my size Lorraine rang around several stores Yes she located my size in Ireland This was located on Thursday by Lorraine she assured me my ring would be in theProspect store on Tuesday of the next week After she confirmed my ring size she i left the store I have to admitt i felt unsure of her guarantee of the ring being in Hull for Tuesday Low and behold the day before Monday i recieved a call saying my ring was ready to collect I was excited so went into Hull on Monday The ring is beautiful and fits perfectly Lorraine was very friendly,helpful and proffesional I will be returning to this store if i decide i need anymore jewellery

Appalling customer services, the bangle brought for wasn’t fit for purpose, wouldn’t waste my money with this company, £220 Down the drain and a not a ounce of care from ThemAt all. Scrapped the bangle for stupid money!! Thanks !! I Wont recommend you to anyone .. poor workmanship for the cost of you tatt

I ordered a bracelet and a few days later received an email to say the order has been cancelled. I called trying to sort this problem and was told it was out of stock and was showing in stock on online. I then ordered another bracelet and again the same thing happened a few days later. Another email saying it had been cancelled. By this point I was annoyed as this was supposed to be a gift and now very close to the event I had nothing. Very badly arranged online service, won't be shopping from here again. Can't rely on the delivery from here.

I bought a beautiful engagement ring , and wedding ring set , I couldn't be happier, I bought it from the store in Oldham, the young man that served me was brilliant he has a nice manner , very good customer service, lovely man couldn't fault any of it.

Iam extremely happy with HSamuel I took a gift back that my husband had bought me for Christmas and I was not happy with wasn’t something I would wear And because of the covid19 Lockdown had been unable to go to the shop to change it hopefully we went this morning now the the shop is open and we had a warm welcome and Sadie was so helpful in showing me. things I really liked no fuss about changing the items I had taken back it was such a relief as I would never have worn got just what I wanted I was soo happy abig thankyou to Sadie for her helpxx

Deserve 0.0000000. Whitehaven staff are immensely rude and intolerant to customers. I did buy some necklace there and the zircon fell out within a month. One grey old woman actually left the shop with two other members of staff to point and gossip at me after I returned an unwanted gift. This went on for many months. Made me feel inferior. The quality of products and staff is appalling. They should close.

Shopping with hubby for 25th wedding anniversary gift assistant so helpful and gave several options as i wanted new bridal set .he took time allowing time for choice and ensured i was 100% happy when in fact i was ecstatic and while my size had to be ordered it was available within 48hrs and so even better

Very bad service. I bought a ring as a gift on their website. After a few days, they canceled my order due to lack of goods. My girlfriend was left without a birthday present. They sell goods online that they don't have. I just lost my time and nerves. I will never use it again and advise my friends against it.

Will never shop at H.samuels Derby store again! What was suppose to be a once in a lifetime amazing experience of being engaged has turned into a emotional & upset experience with this company. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a ring to be sized up therefore engaged a month and still no sign of the ring. Rang complaints to be told it would be back a certain date because it has already gone past the date stated it to be back in store and still AGAIN the ring is no where to be seen. This is shocking customer service. Staff rude everytime i rang being argumentive on the phone and to be told they would have to see if I get a refund?! Well the policy states I WILL by law receive a refund because they have had the ring more than I have. Shocking service and I will be taking this company further for causing such distress.

Initially had our wedding rings ordered a the Bishop Auckland store but during lock down we found out via social media that the store was closing so had to liaise with the Darlington store. However, this was all done without issue via emails and phone calls, we visited the Darlington store on Sat 5th Sep and got everything sorted out with the help of the wonderful assistant called Julie. Very happy with the service provided.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was given a gorgeous platinum engagement ring at Christmas and less than 6 months later the ring cracked and bent despite me taking exceptional care of it. H Samuel refused to fix their faulty jewellery and to top it off the store manager of the Stevenage store bitched about me to her colleague on the phone when I could still hear her. I would advise someone to think twice before spending a lot of money with this awful jeweller, such a disappointment and a lot of upset due to poor product and customer service.

Visited the Luton branch this morning. My friend wanted to purchase some ear jewelry and a pendant. The man who served her was very pleasant and had a good manner. But we were shocked by the way the managess spoke to him in front of us. She was so rude to him and its not right in front of customers as we felt uncomfortable for the young man. She is not a very pleasant woman and needs some training in manners.
