I visited H Samuel Southend with my Dad and daughter today, we were served by Denise. She went above and beyond to assist my Dad with his purchase. Denise is very friendly and knowledgeable so I would definitely go back there again.

Had a love to shop card and wanted to purchase a bracelet in the sale with card plus cash but was told could not use love to shop card as payment towards bracelet in sale

Your quality of jewellery is terrible you put pictures on your online website and they look good but once you get them it's severe disappointment I will never purchase from you again

I purchased a Red Arrow watch on the 25th November for my partner from the Mansfield branch, they had a 30% off all full price watches. The watches that were reduced had the sale price on them with a red sticker above the original price, we purchased a watch which was priced at £694 (NO RED SALE STICKER WAS DISPLAYED) we calculated the 30% expecting to pay £486 however after altering the watch for my partner they said the price was £694 we obviously questioned this and were advised they had a small reduction on it to keep it out of the sale, The price stickers were in black and even the Manager said it wasn’t ideal and would be sending his feedback on, he went on to offer us a price match which although we appreciated we still ended up paying £42 more than originally expected to pay. We checked our email receipt when we arrived home only to find the reduction to keep it out of the 30% sale was £1 I contacted live chat straight away and was advised as below (quote from our conversation below) I believe the £1 discount is in error, I raised a product like this with our website this morning. I will need to check with them and get back to you you would need to visit the store then for a refund but I will raise this with IT to confirm. I was told they would respond by Monday (yesterday ) this didn’t happen so after calling into the store to see if they had been informed to refund us which they hadn’t, and told me i would need an email with a case number. I spoke to live chat again and they couldn’t even find my case to begin with, i was eventually told that they hadn’t had a response from IT. I asked if i had a case number yesterday and the reply was,Yes it will be 02382903 indicating the agent on the 25th hadn’t even actioned it ? I informed the agent that if i had not had a reply regarding my refund by noon today i would go public so other customers are aware and don’t fall prey to H Samuel hooky methods

Giovanni at St Enoch Glasgow was wonderful helping us to choose wedding rings. He took time to ask us what we liked before making suggestions. He couldn't have done any better if he tried, shame his manager wasn't as polite, he was so rude and dismissive that we almost left the store. Giovanni turned our experience around and we left delighted with the rings we bought. Thank you Giovanni x

Bought a pair of gold earrings as a Christmas present for my daughter. I was served by Radhika who was very helpful and friendly and I was able to handle some of the earrings. Would definitely recommend a visit to the store in Basingstoke. Bought the earrings in the Black Friday Sale, so I was happy.

I had ordered a baby christening bangle to collect instore at the H Samuel branch at Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow, which unfortunately was not available for collection at my desired time. I has attended the shop in person just to check if it had came in by chance and was extremely happy with the customer service I received from Marisa and Amy, who were so helpful in trying to locate the same bangle in another shop within the city, as there were none in stock at that branch. Not only did they try and locate said bangle, when I had mentioned that I had a Fossil watch (which they also stock) that I had received as a gift a few weeks prior that required having some links taken off, Marisa kindly offered to do this for me as a good will gesture. I was absolutely pleased and thankful for such a kind offer. Would definitely recommend paying the Silverburn Store a visit.

I ordered a gents watch online from H.Samuel on a Monday. I was informed by H.Samuel and their DX courier that the watch would arrive on Thursdsy. I sat in all day Thursday, but DX did not arrive. I was then told Friday, I sat in agsin but they did not arrive. The same for the Saturday and the following Monday. I could then see on thr DX Tracking that thr item was in DX Storage. I contacted H Samuel and explained that the £179 watch was for a birthday gift, and wanted to cancel the item, as their DX courier kept letting me down and I had to buy a gift at a local store. H Samuel refused to give a refund until they received the item back ftom THEIR courier, even though H Samuel informed me that they had been enquiring with the courier to return the item, and that it was indeed still in storage. I explained to H Samuel the problem between them and their courier should not be to the detriment of the customer. A few days later I eventually received my refund. I'll never be ordering online ftom H Samuel again when they use a terrible courier like this.

I had an occasion to visit your Southend on sea branch with a problem with my radio controlled watch where the manager Paula and supervisor Faiza went out of there way to make me feel comfortable about the problem and asked if if I felt comfortable leaving the watch with them to see if they sort the problem and they could not they would send back to the manufacturer as it they sorted it out on the day and told if I had the same problem in the future not to hesitate to return to the I would like to congratulate both on there pleasant attitude and professlisim thank you

I purchased a children’s watch which was delivered to Cannock branch. Donna served me very polite and friendly person, she looked at the box and said ‘ let me see if I can find a better one fir you’ which she did. Donna explained the insurance to me too. Would definitely purchase from them again such a nice place to visit with pleasant Staff.

I would have give no stars if i had ben able to. For quality jewellery at affordable prices, is this a joke. my daughter and her husband bought her wedding ring with diamonds for their wedding on 20 april 2023. she noticed over a month ago a diamond was missing. she reported this to the store and the ring was sent off but has been told is not manufacturing fault. she isnt a mechanic pulling engines out of cars but works in an office. she was told it would cost her £190 for the repair. this ring was just under £1000 not out of a christmas cracker. her engagement ring with diamonds from a different company which she has wore for 5 years is still perfect. after trying the shop in warrington several times customer services rang her just after her review to say they would give her £50 towards the repair. but also said it would probably happen again so she could choose a different style. for one this ring fits with the engagement ring, why would she want a ring that hadent been put on her finger during her vows also is that comment proof that they havent got much confidence in their diamond rings. as they still have the ting she i now gong on honeymoon next week without a wedding ring. at my age i have lots of friends with children similar age who are engaged and i will certainly be telling them not to purchase from samuals years ago you well well respected but your standards have certainly slipped

I visited H Samuels on Northumberland Street in Newcastle on my way to hospital on 20 September to purchase a gold chain for my SOS medallion. I was assisted by a young lady called Alex who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the products that were on display. I think she was 'par excellence' and I would most certainly shop in this particular H Samuels again.

I visited H Samuel in Harrow, London to purchase a watch. I was greeted by one of the assistant's, Charanjeet (4137) and I advised her that I was looking for a watch for myself. She was extremely nice and allowed me to browse without that over-bearing, pressurised, sales tactics that you get in most retailers. I was really please with my purshase and bought myself a pair of earrings too! A good day's shopping.

I bought two bangles last month and returned both the bangles in the same parcel. But warehouse received only one bangles which is impossible. I have raised ticket CS2325891 to find out on 29th Aug and till waiting for the response. Can't believe this, I have lost £ 120 because of this mess. I will not trust H Samuel online service again.

excellent shopping experience today at the Northwich Store,very friendly staff and very knowledgeable,appreciate the help from Jodie for my Wife who was choosing a ring.Also very pleasing was a discount of 20%,So well done to Hazel the Manager and of course to Jodie who made the sale.
