“The engineers at H2 Property were good and professional. The business owner was rude, patronising and unprofessional after we raised a complaint. I would not recommend using this business.”

“I have used H2 Property Services for some years for an annual check up of the heating system. Their engineers are always skilful and courteous, explaining each step they take , and they do an excellent job. When I needed help at short notice, one came almost immediately and sorted out the problem. I have recommended H2 to my friends.”

“Super efficient and friendly. After putting request in Checkatrade I got a call following up within minutes with a quote. H2 were happy for me to shop around and then come back to them a couple of days later to book in. Booked service for same week. Technician was prompt, friendly and swift. Happy days.”

“Thoroughly recommended. I've been a happy customer for over a decade and H2's plumbers and electricians are - without exception - fantastic. I love the way they give you a very short window of their arrival time so you don't have to wait in all morning or afternoon. I don't often write reviews but in this case it's a genuine pleasure. “I first contacted H2 property services on 12th January. On the 9th February after multiple failed visits they have finally fixed 2 toilets which did not flush properly and have serviced our boiler at a total cost of £580.00. Despite known and obvious mobility issues requiring the need to have a working downstairs toilet, we seemed to be a low priority. The team are all very pleasant, but this has not been a good experience for us.”

“Able to book an engineer quickly and although my first booking was cancelled, I was able to rebook quickly. Ladies in the office were courteous and a pleasure to deal with and my husband said the engineer who completed the job was pleasant and efficient.”
