“I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner. Without any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up. Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes. The team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike’s issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I’ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family’s bikes There is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. If you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I’m feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.”

“We booked our car in at Rayleigh with Steve for a diagnosis check. Sadly the fault could not be found, but Steve kept us in the loop, whilst technicians did their best to find it. After collecting the car, we were given a full refund, as it could not be found. So although we still have the problem, we were impressed by Steve's personal approach along the way and his teams efforts. Thank you !!”

“We went to Halfords in Bletchley having bought windscreen wipers on line which didn’t fit - although the in store system said they would. Alan, who I think was the manager, was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he work really hard to establish what we really needed and then fit them for us, but he was running the whole store with 2 fairly new members of staff. They were working really hard to support the customers and Alan was co-ordinating the whole store and supporting them. He is an absolutely legend and needs a huge amount of recognition from senior management. The new wipers are also fab!”

“Called into the Aintree branch to collect an online purchase and got talking to Ehbaad about a problem with my bike, to told me to bring it in and he would look at it for me, and he did, he actually fixed the problem and also diagnosed a potential problem with my gears, got me a quote for me to book it in, Ehbaad is a really friendly and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and professional service.”

“I needed to get a replacement mirror which fell during travelling on the M6 from Warrington to London on Thursday 18th August. I stopped at New Castle Underlyme branch. Paul helped me get the right shape of the mirror and get the correct mirror and then helped me fitting it. A fantastic very helpful pleasant gentleman. Thanks a million Paul. Kind regards. “I was so impressed with the staff at Clacton on sea, we went into the store to have a replacement light bulb on our car and to purchase a child’s helmet for our grandson. The young man who helped with fitting the helmet was so helpful and good with my eight year old grandson. My husband was helped initially by the same young man to access the staff to fit the bulb then the young man easily and efficiently fitted the bulb. Just so nice to experience such good customer service.”
