“Got two headlamp bulbs fitted to my Renault scenic this morning at the Chorley (Lancs) branch. Excellent service , they were fitted in five minutes (would have taken me a lot longer) highly recommended.”

“I was looking for a new baby seat for my little grandson, after buying a different car. Yvonne at the Maypole branch, was so helpful. Although there was nothing suitable in stock at that time, she gave me lots of advice as to the type of seat I needed for the model of car, as well as showing me how they should be fitted. Nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service was brilliant. I have now ordered a new baby seat from Halfords that has just come into stock.”

“today I needed to get a headlight replaced in my 2005 Renault megane having read several tips on how hard it was as you have to access from behind the front wheel, ok if you know just how it fits in has you have to work totally blind by touch only. lots of people have said they had to pay a lot of money for one light to be done. so I paid a trip to halfords Northampton riverside retail park and got a very nice man who said he could do it , it cost £30 for two blubs fitted and the poor man on his hand and knees for about 15 mins but well worth the money”

“My key fob batteries were flat so I went to the Sidcup store and a lovely polite young man was very helpful and fitted the batteries for me even went outside to check they worked properly.Could of had better service even the ladies on the cashier were very polite and friendly. Will definetly return to this store”

“I went to Halfords in Amblecote Stourbridge as I thought my side light had gone on my car. Ashley came out to look at it for me and said your bulb hasn’t gone it’s just the connection and the bulb worked. He said any problems just pop back. He could easily have sold me a bulb and I wouldn’t have been any wiser. I would like to commend him and will always recommend this store to my family and friends”

“The service was the best i have been treated to in a very long time. The young man could not do enough for my two grandchildren. He built and added a badket to my grandaughters bike. Took time to fit helmets on them both. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to say a very big thank you for all his help. The young man was in the Lesds store on sweet street.”

“I went to Halfords in Worksop to have my nextbase dashcam hard-wired. Jade fitted it for me and did an excellent job, she was very knowledgeable about the installation and also gave me some pointers about the dashcam. I am well impressed with the quick service but most of all what Jade did for me, outstanding, Thank You Jade.”

“Hi just to say a big thanks to the guys at Chilwell store.. they sorted my trusty Carrera Virtuoso in time for me to complete my first Century ride at The Great Nottinghamshire bike ride in June . Have done all my training on that bike , the care plan is good to have when stuff wears out !”

“Bought a next base dash cam in Dover store admittedly 2 years ago, went there on Saturday for help as the windscreen holder was broken and was told they don't make that one anymore and was asked if I wanted a new dash cam if not to look on amazon for the part. We do not buy anything online. Went home and decided to try Halfords in Folkestone so rang and was promptly told to come to that store and they would sort it out. What a difference the welcome we got was first class the chap on the front desk was even smiling asked what we wanted and said the chap we'd spoken to in the phone was outside but willing to talk to us if we went out which we did and knew exactly what we wanted went into the store and found the item. Got back home a journey of some 6 miles and coffee was still hot enough to drink. WELL DONE FOLKESTONE STORE AND STAFF. Guess we'll be taking all our car and bike business there in future.”
