“I placed my first order with Halo and was disappointed to find out a few days later that the item as no longer available. I expressed my frustration to the Customer Svc Rep and she had Vivian Weitz from Halo reach out to me for additional assistance. Vivian went above and beyond to assist in finding a replacement product, moving it through the design and approval process, and finally delivering an excellent product that more than met my expectations. It is so rare to find a company that offers this level of exceptional service, Halo (and Vivian) will be my "GO TO" provider for my company's marketing materials. Any pennies that might be saved by comparison shopping are not worth the value of having a vendor that I know will be there if I need special assistance. Thanks Halo and especially Vivian Weitz!”

“Anita was AWESOME! I had some unusual requirements for the promotional items I purchased; she tested her inventory against those requirements and found the perfect item for me. That item was so hot it flew out of our booth- we were looking at running out before the show was over! Anita found me a suitable rush replacement and had it shipped to my on-site employees a day later! Anita was awesome to work with, she went above and beyond in every way. I told her I usually use the same company for all of my promotional purchases but after working with her, not anymore!”

“I was in a pinch because an order that i placed with another company was not going to arrive in time for a large event (even with proper planning). I called and Ross helped me get an alternate order in 2 days, arriving in time for the convention. Yea!”
