“I want to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Jan Martin, Brand Manager. I was not aware of Halo Branded Solutions until searching on the web for specific promo items which I required on a rush basis and your company populated. I chatted with Nicole who was very attentive and asked if I had been referred or spoken to an Account Executive. I advised that I had not and Nicole stated she would have an Account Executive contact me. Jan promptly contacted me, however: I was not immediately available. Jan went above and beyond, as she located the product, took the initiative to find our company logo and sent visual proofs to my attention in the color required! Jan exceeded my expectations with her initiative, understanding of the rush circumstances, product knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet our delivery requirements. Jan's warm and engaging personality in support of the customer is truly remarkable and my overall rating is Exceptional as Very Good does not accurately represent the experience to date. I look forward to working with Jan on a continuous basis.”

“The service we got from Molly Balmer was excellent. She got us samples from all the vendors we were considering buying pens from. Molly was prompt in responding and following up on the phone when I missed an email. She went out of her way to get the art department work out a better imprint for us. Still have to see the final product which is on its way but from the digital pictures we got, it seems the pens look pretty good with our imprint. “I was lucky enough to deal with Cindy Mullen, She really did an exceptional job for me. My company needed our golf bag kits printed, shipped and in my hands within 5 business days. She made it happen with no issues, no pushback and no glitches. The items I ordered were exactly as advertised.
