Debbie Aloisio was very good to work with. She provided useful information and supplied examples that was very useful in determining how the product would look. Good experience and will Debbie and HALO again.

I am very pleased with the product and service from HALO and sales representative Chad Cooper. The process was very easy to follow and I was contacted often by Chad as we worked through getting the final product ready to print. The bags seem to be of good quality for the price and the printing of our logo looks great! I would definitely use HALO again and refer colleagues to use them!

Ross Loevy always responded the same day. He is quick and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The customer service dept. was very helpful too. We are a new customer and the setup was very smooth.

I contacted Halo as they seemed to have the best pricing available for the item (large key tags) I was searching for. I was provided a budget and deadline right before the end of 2016 to have some made for our customers for 2017. I contacted Halo and they put me in touch with Jan immediately and she started my design. She had a draft for me to submit to ownership the same day. Ownership asked for changes and then we submitted the key tag to Chevron for approval as they were paying for a portion of the key tags as sponsors since we were using their brand on our tags. They also asked for changes to be made and Jan made those changes same day as well. She was extremely patient and very helpful. She even managed to get us better pricing if we ordered a larger quantity. Very excited to receive them in the mail and hand them out to our customers. Definitely looking forward to doing business with Jan again in the future.

Jan was so helpful with selecting and customizing a last minute wrap gift for our show. She was quick and thorough and we received the bags here on time. And they looked great! Lots of compliments on them. Looking forward to working with her again on the next show!

I had a contact at another company who would call me weekly for months trying to get our business and when I told him I needed to order 10 gifts for my sales reps he literally emailed me back, "I can't help you with that." So I looked around for a different business. I found a very similar product with Halo. I worked with Danielle Torres and I knew I wasn't ordering a large volume of products this time but she worked with me as if I was her only customer. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will definitely use Danielle as my first contact in all my future trade-show gifts as well as staff gifts.

Molly was extremely attentive and was able to assist with all questions and concerns immediately. She helped in every way from choosing alternative products and threading to compliment the overall look of the product. It was great working with her throughout this process.

There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding your communication with HALO Branded Solutions. Originally, your assigned HALO Account Executive promptly provided you with options to choose from and then created a pre-order for you so you would be able to move forward and quickly place your order with HALO Branded Solutions. You did not actually place this order with HALO, however. Instead, you told your HALO Account Executive you had found a different item in a catalog that you wished to order. Your Account Executive was able to determine that the catalog wasn’t sent from HALO, so you placed your order with a company other than HALO. Consequently, HALO sent you a request for a review of services in error, and we apologize for that. We believe you wrote this review for the promotional products distributor that you actually ordered from, and not HALO. If so, would you please consider emailing support@reviews.co.uk explaining that you would like to retract your review of HALO? Alternatively, please consider revising your review so it only reflects your initial experience working with the HALO Account Executive before she determined you were looking at a different company’s catalog. Thank you in advance for considering this request, so we can maintain accurate public reviews of our service. I quickly identified supply options (for calendars) via internet search. Of the 4 I contacted, the customer service and response time from Halo was clearly above the others. The print proof was completed in less than a day and the order was placed. Great personal attention from Debbie Aloisio.
