“Ross was very helpful with ideas and solutions to resolve some issues around my order. He also communicated changes timely, and was always responsive. My order was time sensitive, but he ensured it arrived in good quality and on time. Very happy with your service.”

“I enjoyed working with Emily and Jodi. My only complaint is that we have only two fruity options on the lip balm, neither which are particularly attractive. Haven't received my product yet, but the process has been easy and based on what I've seen, I expect to be very pleased with the end result.”

“This is the ONLY company that returned my calls and emails, assisted me with getting the product we wanted, and sent numerous "examples" for us to try out. Other companies would answer once or twice, some not at all, but Anita Condit from Halo returned every phone call, every email, every inquiry that I had. I was nearly to the point of no longer trying and/or not getting our desired product. I could not believe the poor customer service I rec'd elsewhere. Anita returned my faith that their are people out there wanting to give good customer service.”

“The service that Jan Martin has provided us was outstanding. He did everything he could to help us, even though we did a last minute order with very tight schedule. “I am very happy with the pens I ordered through HALO Branded Solutions. Crissie Curtis was so helpful in helping me find the perfect promotional product for my growing business. She met with me twice to let me try samples of products I saw on the website, but also gave me additional suggestions for products I hadn't initially consider. She was great at sharing her expertise in what pens have withstood the test of time and helping me find the best option for my limited budget. HALO provided quick turnaround time on my proofs. And when the first shipment of pens had an error, they fixed the problem and sent the corrected order within a week. I'm very happy with the service I got from Crissie Curtis and HALO and will be ordering with them again!”

“Vivian, my representative, responded immediately to my email request for information on ordering multiple logo-branded coffee mugs for a patron thank you gift. She sent detailed information to me on a Monday and by Tuesday had our logo loaded into the files and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Throughout the process of speaking on the phone and emailing, Vivian was personable, caring, concise, patient, and very professional. I would order from Halo Company again because of the professional contact with Vivian. I feel confident that my order will be precisely what I wanted, and delivered on time.”
