“I could not put the order in online as apparently there had been some problems. So I had to phone through the order - the lady on the phone was very efficient unlike the website”

“Excellent customer service! One item was out of stock and being in the clearance category they couldn’t reorder so they refunded me immediately. I found a replacement that I liked and asked them if they could amend my order. They replied very quickly by email, they advised me to place a new order and they waved the shipping and sent all items together in one package. Such a brilliant and responsive customer service. I will definitely order again. Needless to say their products are amazing - very high quality and well made.”

“I received, and returned my order to you one week ago today. You will have received it most likely on Tuesday but I haven’t heard anything further from you - that you received the package and that you intend to either replace the item or refund me.
