“I am amending my previous review because I had said that the mirror on the inside of the bag was scratched. However, on advice from customer services, I realize that I had not taken off the clear covering attached to the mirror. I would suggest that the manufacturers put in a slip of instructions telling customers to remove the clear film. It would be unfair if a good product attracted less than satisfactory reviews because of such a simple issue. The bag itself will be excellent for summer holidays - it looks very attractive and the pockets etc all look well made. Many thanks to customer services!”

“The Nova Harley Elegant in Orange is such a gorgeous spacious bag that I know will fit in everything my little one needs now and in the future. The service I received through Happy Bags was impeccable! I had problems with other sites trying to buy this bag and Happy Bags contacted me right away and posted same day and I received on the Saturday even though I was told delivery wouldn't be until Monday so that was fast fantastic service! Thanks Happy Bags, I would gladly recommend you to anyone. Emma ;)”

“Very happy with the bag. Not used it yet but it's packed as part of my hospital bag and filled with baby's things. Good size and made well. Lots of different compartments which is always good. Very happy!!”

“I ordered the toddler owl backpack with reins, and was so pleased with the result. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, as did the time it took to arrive. Arriving quicker than I anticipated, and was well packaged. Overall I was so impressed with the product and service from Happybags i will be ordering the giraffe design as well. Plus - the designs are so cute.”
